We always order via the app and get delivery. The first time we ordered, it came so fast!
The next time we ordered, the delivery driver was the only driver there and they called to apologized for running behind. I didn’t even think anything of it because it was well within my mindset of a normal pizza delivery window.
Despite not raising any complaints, they sent us a letter later apologizing again with a coupon! We were so surprised! We didn’t need nor expect anything for the wait, so that was so nice.
I, personally, have been having a horrible time with delivery from other places in the area (I’ve gotten to eat 0 of the last 5 orders placed from anywhere else) but this Dominos NEVER lets me down. It’s always made correctly, delivered quickly, and is still the perfect temperature for eating by the time it arrives. I had never had Dominos before moving here and was convinced I’d never love a pizza place as much as the one I was used to back home, but I genuinely can’t picture myself ordering pizza anywhere else now.
Edit: Shortly after writing this review, we did have our first SMALL issue with this location, but they resolved it. Ordered 2 sodas and only got one at first, but the driver returned with the second one after we called. We did also have a short period of time where the tracker on the app made it seem as though the driver was driving up and down a street a few streets over instead of coming to us, but after calling the store it seemed the driver had also forgotten another person’s soda and had to return to the store and their location to bring it to them. It added a few minutes to our delivery time (I believe it was somewhere between 5-10) but it wasn’t the end of the world and the food was still warm, so it’s not like we’re...
Read moreI made a delivery order which I have done multiple times to the same address. I ordered it from your store at 3320 Dayton Xenia road, beavercreek, Ohio. Order number 1253 on 4- 6 -25 at 8:33 pm The order never showed up so I called the store and spoke to your manager Gavin. This guy was unprofessional and laughing at me. The customer with his employees in the background I could hear them all laughing telling me that sometimes they get that address wrong and telling me that if I don't like it he can just cancel it. Well that's fine. Cancel it but you took my money immediately. I want my money back immediately. Gavin needs to be fired immediately. I will not let this go. This is unacceptable. Unprofessional. I ordered from Papa John's now and I will from now on. As far as I'm concerned, Domino's Pizza is a dead stick. I will be calling in the morning and I want to speak to a human being about this. Read moreSanitation issues in my opinion. Ordered for pickup on Friday November 1, 2024 about 6:30 PM. Had to wait a few minutes for the food to be done which is fine as they were very busy. Here is the issue. The person working the register (short lady brunette hair) was touching money and scratching her head and touching food. She was wrapping the breads after they came out of the oven in the area directly behind the register on a table. At one point she scratched her head and then observed what she had scratched out looking at her hand and went right back to wrapping/boxing the food. I noticed that no one -even those preparing the pizza had gloves on and there was a lot of questionable things going on with the hands in my opinion.
