Not even worth 1 star. I'd there a negative review?
So here's the story. My daughter and left church that Sunday 1030 a.m. and decided to have some McDonald's.
I chose this McDonald's since it was closer to our church...5 minutes away. I ordered with the APP to pickup through the drive-through.
Upon arrival, (@ 1040 a.m.) the line of cars was expected. However, what concerned me was that the doors were locked and no sign was displayed telling customers of the closure. Then I started to get concerned about us not getting breakfast from here. Well, we finally made it to the window at @ 11:01 a.m. and we were denied our order since they were no longer providing breakfast. I was astonished, "You're kidding me!" I proclaimed. Silence fell on the speaker as the attendant struggled to find someone with more knowledge than him.
A polite, yet frustrated female voice broadcasted over the speaker...we're sorry sir but we cannot provide you with your order...at this point, I was done much like many others in the drive-through. You could see people were extremely frustrated, some drove off with their orders.
I can only assume they had manning issues. They could've added signs to the doors and completed all the orders regardless of the time for...
Read moreI recently had a terrible experience at the McDonald's located at 2853 Centre Dr, Fairborn, OH, on Saturday, October 12. I’ve been a regular customer for years, but this visit left me feeling disrespected and questioning if my business is even valued.
When I was placing an order, I was told I could only use one discount code from the mobile app, which was fine. However, when I started a second order, Cheryl at the window rudely informed me that I couldn't place a third order, something she hadn’t mentioned before. When I pointed that out, she became aggressive, raised her voice, and treated me poorly.
I asked for the manager, Brittany, hoping for better service, but she was just as rude and unhelpful. She refused to take my order and made me feel like I didn’t belong. This wasn’t the first time I’ve dealt with her attitude during my visits, and it left me feeling like I was being racially profiled.
As someone who has been a loyal customer for years, I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of respect and poor customer service at this location. I don't think they value their customers at all.
I hope McDonald's takes action to improve the way their staff treats people, because experiences like this should...
Read moreOrdered at 8:21pm. Grill slips say 8:28pm. Was asked to pull ahead (which is a death sentence), and ended up not receiving food until 10 minutes after a phone call was made to the store, making it a full 30 minutes, 8:51pm, from placing the order to receiving food.
My frustration with this is that it appears that McDonald's believes that wasting 20 minutes of my (or anyone asked to pull ahead), time, in favor of saving a dozen people 15 seconds each, is somehow the best business practice. It would be fine if stores executed it properly, but no, every time I'm asked to pull forward, I become the forgotten customer, and it somehow takes 20 minutes to get your food, instead of the two minutes it takes when you stay at the window instead. This isn't an issue unique to this location, it is a shortcoming of the McDonald's current drive through model, in general.
I strongly recommend anyone who is asked to pull forward, instead politely say, "No thanks." I guarantee, from repeated experience, your food will be given to you significantly faster than if you pull ahead.
