I wanted to place a catering order for 22 box lunches. I spoke with Taylor at The Greene location. She was VERY rude and kept sighing during our entire conversation, she said she didn't know if she would have enough "product" but would "try" to get them done. She put me on hold, came back and said she thought they could do it, they would try to borrow "product" from other stores, ALL sorts of scenarios that I didn't need to hear. I had an event where people had placed orders for specific food items, "TRYING" to get them done wasn't very reassuring. What if they couldn't? We would just be without lunch?? She hem-hawed around so much that I had NO confidence in her ability, much less that I would actually get my order or if it would even be accurate if I did get it. Needless to say next time we are going to have an event, I will NOT suggest Panera Bread.......EVER!!!! VERY disappointing,...
Read moreIt’s not often people take the time to leave good reviews and I would like to today. I placed an online order and have many times in the past with this location. Today the delivery driver (DoorDash) forgot to grab my latte I ordered along with my food. So I called Panera directly and let them know nicely that it was missing from my order and I didn’t know how to proceed as the order was placed over Panera’s app and not through DoorDash. I believe the manager is who I spoke with but I’m not for sure, and he offered to deliver the missing item to me himself. I am guessing they even remade the latte, as it was still hot and very good! THAT is excellent customer service in my book, and it doesn’t hurt that the food is good too. Thank you, kind sir for taking time out of your day to make sure I received all of my order. Highly recommend...
Read moreThere is just no quality control or consistency in mobile orders. At least 60% of the time there is something wrong with the order. They forgot the egg in the egg sandwich (really??!!). They made my order but forgot to put it on the shelves outside. They forgot my drink. Every single mistake involves me having to stand in line to speak to someone to fix the mistake. If I wanted to stand in line and wait for someone, I would just order inside the store instead of putting my order in online. What is even more frustrating is that there is a checklist on the receipt stapled to your bag. They often check off each one without even reading it so the mistakes persist. All they would have to do is actually read the checklist on the receipt to circumvent...
