Service: Never have had a bad experience when it comes to service here. Staff has always been super friendly and helpful.
Order: I typically order a Grande CafƩ Vanilla Frappuccino with Carmel Drizzle. And it's almost always delicious with a few exceptions where it lacked flavor by a whole lot. Sometimes, add a shot of espresso, and it's not bad at all. Don't often order food items really unless their pineapple cloud cake is on the menu omfg I NEED to find a good copy cat recipe because I absolutely love this little cake and it's way too much for what it is and I know it yet can't help myself.
Atmosphere: This locations decently sized inside, offering a lot of seating, both inside and outside during the warmer season. They're awesome at staying on top of any cleaning that may be needed from my experience (although normally don't go inside). Well, they used to be anyway after reviewing feedback from those who brave the limited parking options. I'd have to change my opinion due to the disgusting pictures posted by a recent guest.
My reason for 4 instead of 5 star rating: It's not the fault of employees, menu items, or the typical expectations. It's the damn parking lot situation, and if you've been here, you know exactly what I'm talking about! This is the reason I'm very rarely ever inside to pickup, out of fear of potentially becoming stuck for an unknown amount of time between the parking spot/drive-thru line and cars utilizing the self-service stations at the car wash. It's likely the most idiotic setup I've ever seen, and whoever designed it, I'm sorry, but you're simply a moron. The more concerning aspect of this location is the filthy bathrooms, trash and debris all over the floor, and overflowing trash cans. I submitted feedback via the website 10 days ago and was assured this was abnormal and isolated. Four days later, I replied to the email reporting that nothing has changed and had actually gotten worse. Now, at day 10, the toilets are disgusting. The circled poop spot has been the most prominent indication that it hasnāt been cleaned in well over a week. Itās clear that neither the employees, management (apparently all the way up to district management) nor Starbucks care about the cleanliness of their establishment.
I imagine the employees have to use the same restrooms. Itās shocking to me that their experience in the restroom doesnāt parallel that of a customer. If the restrooms are that dirty, do they even clean food service surfaces and utensils?
If you want an expensive, mediocre āfirst sip feeling,ā stop on in. If you want a restroom thatās been cleaned this quarter, youāre better off at a roadside...
