Service: Never have had a bad experience when it comes to service here. Staff has always been super friendly and helpful.

Order: I typically order a Grande CafƩ Vanilla Frappuccino with Carmel Drizzle. And it's almost always delicious with a few exceptions where it lacked flavor by a whole lot. Sometimes, add a shot of espresso, and it's not bad at all. Don't often order food items really unless their pineapple cloud cake is on the menu omfg I NEED to find a good copy cat recipe because I absolutely love this little cake and it's way too much for what it is and I know it yet can't help myself.

Atmosphere: This locations decently sized inside, offering a lot of seating, both inside and outside during the warmer season. They're awesome at staying on top of any cleaning that may be needed from my experience (although normally don't go inside). Well, they used to be anyway after reviewing feedback from those who brave the limited parking options. I'd have to change my opinion due to the disgusting pictures posted by a recent guest.

My reason for 4 instead of 5 star rating: It's not the fault of employees, menu items, or the typical expectations. It's the damn parking lot situation, and if you've been here, you know exactly what I'm talking about! This is the reason I'm very rarely ever inside to pickup, out of fear of potentially becoming stuck for an unknown amount of time between the parking spot/drive-thru line and cars utilizing the self-service stations at the car wash. It's likely the most idiotic setup I've ever seen, and whoever designed it, I'm sorry, but you're simply a moron. Go anywhere else. Awful barista named ā€œkarmaā€ . Go to pick up a mobile order in drive thru and order another one there , I say the name of my mobile order and he tells me to pull up, I said oh sorry I have another order and he immediately comes across the speaker ā€œ well you need to say that how would I know ā€. I didn’t know there was a different of explaining. I apologize just because it was awkward. Pull up to the window to get my drinks and he hands me my mobile order that I’d paid for already. I explain it was actually supposed to be an iced one not hot and he looks in my face rolls his eye proceeds to try and hand me the wrong drink anyways and says ā€œthe sticker doesn’t lie. ā€œI said I never said that I’m just saying it was meant to be iced ..he then stared at me for at least a minute still holding the drink out the window. told me I was rude and ā€œhe didn’t have to serve me at allā€ , again this drink was already paid for. I asked for his manager to which he responded he didn’t have one. So I asked for whoever was in charge at the moment. A woman comes over with the drink remade. She Handled it great apologized for the behavior and professionally but I would go to any other location. I’ve been coming to this location for ten days straight. Without fail, there is the same individual sleeping on the right side of benches. He’s not a customer, unless you consider a cup of water patronage.

The more concerning aspect of this location is the filthy bathrooms, trash and debris all over the floor, and overflowing trash cans. I submitted feedback via the website 10 days ago and was assured this was abnormal and isolated. Four days later, I replied to the email reporting that nothing has changed and had actually gotten worse. Now, at day 10, the toilets are disgusting. The circled poop spot has been the most prominent indication that it hasn’t been cleaned in well over a week. It’s clear that neither the employees, management (apparently all the way up to district management) nor Starbucks care about the cleanliness of their establishment.

I imagine the employees have to use the same restrooms. It’s shocking to me that their experience in the restroom doesn’t parallel that of a customer. If the restrooms are that dirty, do they even clean food service surfaces and utensils?

If you want an expensive, mediocre ā€œfirst sip feeling,ā€ stop on in. If you want a restroom that’s been cleaned this quarter, you’re better off at a roadside...

And my drink was back in my hands in 30 seconds. This is now my ā€œhomeā€ Starbucks even though there are several equidistant from my house! And now I know to ask for cold foam added to my drink in the future. 10/10 customer service and kind, smiling faces! Cheers to a happy Saturday morning after a long week! P.s. the drive-thru line was long but moved SO FAST! They are efficient and friendly 🤩

I’m so sad, this has happened multiple times!! I make a request on my mobile order for a friend or my loved one to pick up and the Starbucks employees don’t read the drink instructions. It seems silly I’m sure but I love whipped cream on my drinks and they RARELY remember it/read the request (I even put EXTRA, hoping for ANY) I’m aware that it’s an honest mistake but I am frequently asking at the window when I order it myself and when I’m not I just get left bummed out because someone doesn’t know how to follow instructions.

Came here for the first time after moving and was mistaken about what came on my order (thought it had the cold foam, hadn’t ordered it before). When I looked surprised they were so sweet and offered to add it despite it not being part of the usual recipe. They were SO SWEET and didn’t make me feel bad or like an inconvenience at all. And my drink was back in my hands in 30 seconds. This is now my ā€œhomeā€ Starbucks even though there are several equidistant from my house! And now I know to ask for cold foam added to my drink in the future. 10/10 customer service and kind, smiling faces! Cheers to a happy Saturday morning after a long week! P.s. the drive-thru line was long but moved SO FAST! They are efficient and friendly 🤩

I’m so sad, this has happened multiple times!! I make a request on my mobile order for a friend or my loved one to pick up and the Starbucks employees don’t read the drink instructions. It seems silly I’m sure but I love whipped cream on my drinks and they RARELY remember it/read the request (I even put EXTRA, hoping for ANY) I’m aware that it’s an honest mistake but I am frequently asking at the window when I order it myself and when I’m not I just get left bummed out because someone doesn’t know how to follow instructions.
