Paid $62 dollars for 2 meals. My wife’s meal was in a square container her’s had vegetables in it. Same thing I got, but minus the vegetables for me. Yet this was mine? I’m sorry but I’m prob going to pass on ordering from here again. I see the pictures in reviews of peoples dishes who eat inside and I’m blown away. Only reason it got more than one star is because it actually does taste good. Just seems like so little for almost 30 a meal with a side of rice. And the container is very small so don’t be fooled to thinks it’s a large size…

Or first visit for hibachi was less than good. Our section of the table was greasy. (See pic) our miso soup was hot water soup. (See pic) we were disappointed with the cleanliness of this side of the restaurant. Our chef was friendly but our waitress was so so. I will definitely be sticking with sushi for future meals. I went in yesterday for take out sushi and we were served bad salmon roe. It smelled off and was clearly off color.

Great place since they offer 50% Monday through Friday. This includes all food items! Ordered five rolls and in total came to around $35. This includes the sushi boat and bento box options! We called a few hours ahead of time and they were able to give us a private room for 12 people. Really friendly staff, however they forgot a few things such as soy sauce dishes and utensils.

You know they say that there's a first time for everything right? Well I just experienced a first. I'm sitting in the parking lot of this place writing this.

I'm in town for a convention. I didn't want the hotel food, so I google'd "Japanese steak house near me" and this place came up. It was 12 minutes away. I arrived at 8:39pm (they close at 10:00pm). I stood at the hostess counter for 7 minutes while employees walked right past me. Finally one of those employees finally asked me if I was picking up? I told her no that I wanted to dine in. She then asked "regular or hibachi"? I asked her what she meant, and she explained that I could sit at a table and just order or sit at the tables with the grills (hibachi). For me, that was a a first, but it wasn't the only one during this visit. There was one table that was already seated and the chef was cooking for them. She then guided me to a table and said "since you're by yourself, you'll have to order 2 meals if no one else comes in". Huh? Excuse me? Why am I being penalized for something I can't control? I then explained that I'm from out of town, staying in a hotel alone, and I can't eat (nor do I want) 2 meals. She said "no problem" and sat me at a table. The waitress then came and took my drink order, and took my dinner order a lil bit later at 9:05pm. She then comes back at 9:09pm and told me that I'm going to have to move to a "regular" table since I'm by myself. I told her "thanks anyway, how much is the Pepsi? I'm leaving." She convinced me not to leave and apologized and told me i could stay where i was. Let's keep in mind they now there is NOBODY else in the restaurant but me! No other customers. At 9:13pm, the manager came to me and reiterated that I have to move. I asked him "there's nobody else here. why am I being penalized because you have a lack of late Monday night business. I can't control who walks in your door and when". I asked how much for the Pepsi and he told me not to worry about it and I started heading towards the door.

I have been to hibachi restaurants all over America, and this was a first! I've never been refused service at a hibachi grill because I was dining alone. They just lost $35! Now I'm gonna go to BK and have it my way for $10!

While the waitress and manager were polite, they displayed no common sense or logic. And of course, it's now 9:29pm and as I'm typing this in the parking lot, a family of 5 just walked in, and a couple as well. I guess they'll be eating tonight since I couldn't. ...

Avoid at all cost!!! I recently visited the miller lane location and it was my first time at sake. It was a great experience and I wanted to go again but decided on this beavercreek location because it is closer. Worst mistake ever!! Service is the worst I have ever received. We were seated for about 10 mins when the waitress finally came to the table. And mind you they weren't busy at all so don't know what the hold up was. She took drink orders and we told her we were ready to order food. She said shed be back. She came and gave us drinks and disappeared. It took iver 30 mins for her to come back to take out food order. And all she said was sorry I forgot about you. Um ok.... We ordered food and she brought it but never came back to the table after that. We had no drink refills. Couldnt even eat the food with nothing to drink so we decided to get to go boxes and just leave. 30 mins later...we are still waiting for her to drop back by our table so we can go. Ridicuolus. We were therre almost 2 hours for a meal that should have taken under an hour. The tables around us changed people three times!!! And were still sitting there. Ive been a waitress before so i tend to cut them slack when dining out cuz i know its not an easy job. But she walked past our table so many times when we were trying to flag her down. She was clearly ignoring us. The people right next to us got excellent service from her. She checked on them several times while ignoring us. So if you are a person of color avoid this sake. Unless you have...

If I could give no stars I would! Ordered steak and chicken hibachi (25$) to get 6/7 bites of steak...because the people across from us decided they would "share" a meal so half my steak ended up going to them! Had to ask why we didnt get any rice but the 4 across from us did.... the waitress (Haley) didnt add it.🤬 the cook didnt want to make more rice so they brought us some from the back after he returned the uncooked rice she brought after realizing she never added the rice to our meals!..Haley the waitress was too concerned with her friends across from us to give us any type of good service..even decent for that matter. So aggravated with the service we were ready to go my friend paid the bill..after getting home we got to looking at the reciept and Haley had added her friends 4 sets of sushi to our bill!!!!!! Called the manager as they were getting ready to close because we just discovered what happened for him to tell.me he will call me tomorrow because everyone is getting ready to leave..I will be going to get my money but wont go here again... seems like the waitress thew the cook off his game because the "show" when they cook wasnt very good after all the mishaps started...have had much better experiences elsewhere! Watch your bill and hope you have a good waitress if you go here or you will have to battle to get a meal and end up paying for other...
