I had the opportunity to visit the Waffle House located at 4382 Indian Ripple Rd, Beavercreek, OH 45440, back in November while waiting for an appointment at The Greene. Overall, my experience was quite positive. The service was impressively fast and efficient, with my food cooked right in front of me. The menu offered the classic Waffle House selections, and I was eager to dig into my meal. I ordered my hash browns fried hard, but unfortunately, they came out a bit softer than I had hoped. My eggs, while tasty, were also slightly gooey. On the brighter side, my friend enjoyed his meal, which is always a good sign when dining out. One of my go-to favorites at Waffle House is their blueberry-filled waffles topped with peanut butter chips, and I can confidently say it did not disappoint! The restaurant itself appeared clean and well-maintained, although I didn't check out the restrooms during my visit. The staff was friendly and attentive, greeting us warmly upon entering and thanking us as we left, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. While there were a few minor hiccups with my order, the quick service and the pleasant atmosphere made up for it. I would definitely consider returning to this Waffle House location in the future. If you're looking for a casual dining spot with hearty breakfast options, this place is worth a visit!

I love Waffle House only complaint I have when I visited this last time is the Grits were drowning in butter I actually had to pour the butter off before I could even take a bite and then couldn’t finish them. Won’t order them again, not sure if all Waffle Houses put that much butter in them, I would prefer to add my own butter but the waitress said that’s the way they cook them!

Food is always good at waffle house but as soon as we get our food we noticed a huge cockroach chillin in the seat next to my friend. As we start looking around over the area with food, cockroaches were all over the ground.. A baby one on my table eating crumbs off the table..They are certainly infested with cockroaches. Couldn’t eat the food so grossed out

I had the nastiest server approach me at Waffle House. My 7 year old and I were waiting on a table as the server was about to clean it off. She made a nasty remark and said "Are you waiting on this table?" I replied and told the woman hat in fact, my daughter and I were waiting on the table. She snapped at me and told me that I would have to wait. I stated to her that it was perfectly fine that we had to wait due to have been waiting prior for a table anyway. The restaurant was packed as it was a Saturday morning. The server walked away and I watched her talk about my daughter and I in a negative manor. I wasn't happy with her at all. She walked back to the table and started slamming dishes around and was hateful. I made a comment to her stating that she didn't have to worry about waiting on us as to we were not going to stick around and be treated poorly. I was still upset when we left so I called and asked to speak to a manager. The poor excuse for a lead in this place had the nerve to tell me that he was going to handle the employee. I didn't know her name, didn't have a great description of her look. So, Jimmy, please enlighten me on how you are going to take care of anything when you don't even know which server it was. He wasn't very apologetic when it came to the satisfaction of their customers. I am sure this isn't the first nor last time this serve was this way with a customer. This happened roughly a month ago and I am still annoyed by the "customer service" from this facility. I will never visit there EVER AGAIN. Worst customer service I have ever...

My husband and I frequent the Waffle House at this particular location 2-3 weekly for breakfast. We love it! The asst mgr head cook is Will who is one of the nicest people we have ever met, always smiling and cook his heart out. There are usually 4-6 servers who will make your day brighter than it was when you walked it. These gals are always smiling, friendly and checking back with you for any needs such as more coffee but I mean REALLY, you never have to get to 1/2 cup before they are there to give you more. We have tried several dishes and some of our favorites are pecan waffles(chock full of pecan pcs. and warm syrup if you like) and 2 sausage patties. One of my favs Is wheat toast with bacon, eggs and cheese on with a side bowl of their "i'm dyin' if I'm lyin" GRITS!!!!!! I never knew grits could be so important to my welfare till I met theirs, lol. DEELISH! there are also breakfast bowsl with scrambled eggs topped with cheese and steak , bacon or sausage chopped up. There is sauce which is not burn your intestines out hot, it is perfect with the eggs. The really more than reasonable and when you have to wait for a table there is someone next to you that will strike up a conversation and the wait has never been over 10 minutes with a packed house. The cooks are right in view so if you want to be entertained by their speed and expediting process just sit at the counter. (That way you can watch Will in action!) BTW they are open 24/7. Try it, you'll like it and believe you me I do not kid about food,...

I went in tonight and there was only two waitresses. There was probably more areas without power than had power around 6:00 p.m. on September 27th. Came in and sat at the counter right in front of the grill One other guy sitting there. never acknowledged whatsoever and completely ignored. I realized understaffed and super busy. But I also recognize people that get paid by tips for good service this one heifer was in like granny gear absolutely no urgency at all I sat there for 10 minutes never received a high we're super busy it's going to be a little bit Hi would you like something to drink we're a little shorthanded. basically walk by and fill the guy's coffee up that was sitting two seats from me never even acted like I existed. You could pretty much tell that these losers just wanted people to leave so they could probably get on their phones and update their Facebook and Instagram and they're 38 other social media websites. I sat there for 10 minutes and I left I would fire every one of those three people in a nanosecond. It's a shame that the rest of the servers have a hard time making money but I'll tell you I will not be back till September of 2025 and I used to go to this waffle House probably over a hundred times a year before COVID after that everything's been downhill filthy dirty poorly staffed lazy ass employees that don't give a crap about nothing almost impossible to get a refill on a cup of...
