The Indian Ripple Tim Hortons has some of the most rude employees. They refuse to wait on me and my daughter in two different occasions. The reason? Because. “We have to wait on driveins until it’s clear we won’t wait on you, do you will have to wait. This the second time they have said the same things. There are three employees and one window. This morning there was a guy, and not sure if the other person was a male or female and a heavy set woman. The heavy set woman was working taking drive up orders and the other two people saw us for over 4 minutes standing there and we weee ignored. I asked for service and they said not till the drive up is clear..???? What kind of a business does this??? Clearly two people could handle the window but the other person was doing zero but running his mouth like we weren’t even there. Since when does it take three people to run one window and leave customers inside standing and ignoring those patrons waiting?? My god, one of them could have come over and took out coffee orders!!! This isn’t the first time it’s the second time. But how many people really have not been waited on say in the last three or four months if this happened to us twice. Let’s do the math. 2 people times say just an 8 hour shift. That 16 people who were ignored and treated poorly, very poorly by these employees. We have been to other Tim H’s in Dayton and NONE of them treat their customers like they aren’t standing waiting to be waited on. It’s like these two lazy workers who are not doing anything but talking among themselves, see us but yet we are invisible??? Whoever runs Indian Ripple (@ the Greene) has got to wise up and fire people who refuse to wait in patrons. There are people who want to work and would do a better job than these clowns. The woman at the window we have no problem with except she was siding with the other two on how we are getting served till the “ line stops”.. please fire these clowns and put people in there that...
Read moreordered an iced cap light, they didnt ring it in as light so i specified i wanted it light and they said it's all the same price so they were going to ring it in normal. at the window, they tried to give me an iced coffee. i explained that i ordered a light ice cap. they argued amongst themselves about having already made the drink and given it to the wrong car. they tried again to give me the iced coffee. they then agreed to make an ice cap. they asked me what i meant by light because "there would be nothing in it" only ice? they said they were going to add cream. i said on their menu, you can order it light and substitute 2% milk instead of cream, the lady said "how is that even light." at that point, i knew i wouldn't get what i ordered so i just left even though i already paid. they didn't give me the receipt either. honestly the workers were extremely rude, and i ordered something on the menu so i don't understand what the confusion was. not the first time i've had bad service here. go across the street to starbucks for better coffee...
Read moreI just wrote a compliment to corporate about this location this week.
I am here almost everyday getting my hot black coffee in the mornings when I run my errands. I use to be a die hard Dunkin coffee client for years and their black coffee was great and something changed and it was never consistent from then on-so I thought I would try Tim Hortons and I have never gone back to Dunkin.
The coffee here is consistently the same no matter what time of day I get one or possibly two. It’s always fresh and hot to order. I love the staff and how each of them knows me the minute I make my order at the drive through. I look forward to seeing the team here and I am always greeted with a smile. The manager has a passion for what they do and is one of the hardest workers. The team works great together ensuring my order is correct. When I get my family donuts they are always fresh and my orders are correct.
I wish more locations where like this and I am glad this is my Tim...
