I appreciated the cleanliness of the shared spaces at the garage food carts. It was easy to find parking, and the location is great. I'm excited that there's a Filipino food cart not too far from where I live. The service was friendly, and while the food was okay, I felt the garlic fried rice didn't live up to expectations, considering it's a staple of Filipino cuisine. Went in to get some take out at 6:20. Places order and got a buzzer. 40 minutes later, and still no food. Checked with them, only been told, someone took it!!! Never got buzzed, never got a sorry.
