I am extremely disappointed in the service I received at this bar. Tonight, on Easter Sunday, my friend and I were kicked out by the police simply for respectfully voicing our concerns about being charged a dollar for a sauce to dip our food in, and when we felt unheard and ignored, my friend decided to write how she felt on the receipt. The bartender, Qi, was incredibly rude and disrespectful throughout the entire encounter. I strongly believe that, Qi, and his entire team are not fit for customer service. My experience at this bar was incredibly humiliating and it was clear that their behavior was unacceptable.

Not only did we feel taken advantage of by being charged for a basic condiment, but the way we were treated when we questioned it was completely improper. It is clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this establishment.

I urge the management to address this issue immediately and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and fairness, and to reevaluate their staff and ensure that all employees are trained to treat customers with respect and professionalism. We strongly felt discriminated against and looked down upon based on our race and gender.

I guarantee you that we will not be returning to this bar and will be sharing my negative experience with others.

The only reason to go is that the food is good, I'd suggest getting it to go. Been going weekly to hang out with a friend and my last visit will be my last. There's a shorter bartender with long dark hair that is tanking the place. Last time I was there, I closed out my tab with the day bartender leaving. I finished my meal and decided to get one more round for the table. The crapy bartender, who had not served me anything, rudely looks at me and says "Water"? I'm like no, I'd like no get one more round for the table. She repeats "Water"? I realize she's cutting me off, at like 5:30 in the afternoon. Considering I got off at 3pm and ate a full meal, I was fine. I know if you argue or get insulted, they act justified. The thing is, I know this happens and the bartender needs to look out for the bar. This was not the case, every time I see this person she is rude and raging. In a previous visit, she was huffing and slamming a chair against a table every time she walked by it. TOXIC staff are the worst!

A lovely place with lovely people, except for one of the male bartenders who closes on Saturdays! There have been multiple instances of him getting aggressive towards my friends as well as myself when closing tabs, it is super unusual and scary. However, all of the female bartenders have ALWAYS been so so wonderful, and the regulars here are so much fun!

The shorter female bartender who always wears lovely eyeliner, and the DJ guy who plays music on Fridays and Saturdays are absolutely amazing. In my opinion, they make up for the scary guy. My only real complaint is that I can’t come here alone because of the male bartender I mentioned before, but that could also just be said for being a young female in general.

Their menu has so much variety, and I’ve never ordered food here and been disappointed! Sometimes I come in just to get food and one drink.

There is also a TON of parking available, and when/if parking is full in their lot (only ever happens on Fridays/Saturdays in my experience) you can park on the street that the bar...
