Would have been 0 stars but I had to choose at least 1. I came in last week, maybe on Tuesday or Wednesday, at 6:45am and noticed a worker standing behind the counter on her cell. I asked when they would open and she said at 7. 7:00 rolls around and the line is not opened yet. I proceed to read the menu so that I'll be ready and the young lady says, "I'm not open yet! " It's after 7 now.. not really sure why she wasn't open yet. No one else was in line and she didn't even know what I wanted but told me that she couldn't serve me because she's alone and coffee isn't ready yet. Kept on blaming the other person for not being there. I blamed her for not having coffee ready for opening when it was clear that her phone was more important. How do you tell someone you're opening in a few minutes and then not prepare for the opening? Funny thing is...I was in a week before and dealt with another young lady who was much more pleasant and helpful. I came in that morning to give her a big tip because I overheard her saying she's earning money for college but this particular experience made it where she lost out on some much needed funds and I took my business elsewhere. 30 minutes later and no one taking my order?? I didn't feel bad at all leaving. I won't be returning. This location has always sucked. Why does Starbucks not have a cell phone policy? It's completely rude and...
Read moreWhen I passed by this plaza stop, I always get something from Starbucks, there some days they are nice and fast, but most of the time is not a good experience. This time I am completely disappointed that I will never come back to this Starbucks. I was there 2mns before they open, 7am and they haven’t open, 7:05am and they still haven’t open, they saw me standing there, I ask what time they open and they told me 7am. Read moreI must say this was the best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had.. and let’s be real.. I’ve had quite a few! The customer service that my man an I just experienced has topped our day! Our trip home from Michigan was made because of the friendly faces at Starbucks this evening! They were closed, but allowed a couple more customers to place their orders! We do not see service like this any longer. Everyone is always in such a rush. I really appreciated the kindness I saw here today! I cannot wait to be back!
