Bob Evans — Restaurant in West Virginia

I’ve been to this Bob Evans before, but not once has my service been as bad as this one. When being seated this morning I was asked if I had any preferences and I said a booth would be nice. While waiting for her to come back with a booth seat, another employee, named Autumn came up to us and rudely brought us to a regular table instead. We didn’t say anything about it, and let it happen. Our server, Breanna then took 10+ minutes before greeting us and getting our drink orders. After getting our drink orders she spent 20+ minutes getting our drinks. Once our drinks were there, she took 30+ minutes before getting our order. By the time she came to get our order we were out of our drinks. She rudely took our orders, and came back 10 minutes later asking my girlfriend what her order was, meaning she hadn’t sent the ticket to the kitchen yet. She repeated her order to our server, and the server left. She came back again about 15 minutes later and asked me what I had, meaning she still hadn’t sent our order in. 35 minutes later she brought our food out, forgetting my hash browns. I pointed it out to her and she groaned and went back without saying a word to us. She brought me a plate of hash browns out about 10 minutes later. She then put our check on the table and walked away. The whole 2+ hours we were there she never once filled our drinks. Me and my girlfriend were both so surprised by how bad she was at her job, so I spoke to a manager, who was just as rude as our server was, and they obviously didn’t care about the situation and blew it off. Absolutely THE worst Bob Evans we’ve ever been to-and we’ve been to a lot! Once they finally took our order, we waited at least 40 minutes for our food to arrive. I ordered their new Southwest Avocado Omelet and when it came out there were zero avocados on it. My husband ordered the Farmer’s breakfast with biscuits and gravy, but they never brought it out…the waitress said they were out…that would have been nice to know before we ordered! She offered to replace the biscuits and gravy with biscuits or toast…we asked for toast, and it never came out to us. We asked for hot sauce and it never came out to us either. The waitress offered to discount our order as she saw we were not happy. When we received our check, nothing was deducted. When paying for our bill, the cashier asked how are visit was and we told her how poor everything was. She still didn’t deduct anything from our bill as we were already so delayed in our travel time and we told her we just wanted to get out of there. Not once did anyone come to check on us during our entire visit to refill drinks, etc. Keep in mind, the restaurant only had about 4 tables occupied…it was almost completely empty and everything was slow and incorrect! We are frequent, loyal Bob Evans customers and we will never be stopping by this...

We went in to your restaurant and decided to start with the restroom because we have been traveling from Indiana to North Carolina. We have 4 small children. My wife noted a woman used the restroom, did not wash her hands and was an employee who looked to be setting up tables. From there we talked to the hostess who informed us all the high chairs were in use there looked to be about 3 total and then she couldn't figure out if we needed a booth booster seat or regular booster seat. Finally we just said twi regular booster seats will be just fine. She took us over to a table that had a tremendous amount of food underneath the table and the seats hadn't been cleaned either. We also had to switch out the chair with another one from another table because something sticky was on the seat. From there we waited 20 minutes with no one taking our drink order or even stopping to ask us how we were doing and it didn't look that busy. In the end, we had to feed our kids, got up and left. We will not come back to that restaurant ever. We have had pretty decent experiences at Bob Evans but that one was in a very...
