Yet another order delivered incorrectly. I'd stop using dominos if it weren't for my son. Every Friday is pizza and movie or game night. Due to special circumstances with him using another pizza place is not possible. This location right now is running about an 20% average of making it here with a completed and correct somewhat decent quality of product. I've stayed silent, given grace and even continued to tip quite a bit even when it was not deservedbecause every person and business had its bad days. I have finally reached my point where I must write this review so others no what to possibly expect when ordering from this location. Here a just a few of the issues I've encountered over the past couple of months: delivered wrong salad delivered burnt pizza and chicken bites, not a little burnt a lot burnt totally not edible burnt forgot salad all together delivered wrong pizza didn't put extra toppings on pizza provided no dressing with salad even when paying for extra forgot soda
The only positive to this location is that 95% of the time they are crazy fast, then again what point is crazy fast if it's not edible or the order isn't complete. I look forward to the day when I can order a pizza from somewhere else simply because I'm tired of never ending mistakes. Again it may seem like I'm nitpicking but keep in mind that time and time again I til the drivers 20% or more regardless of what happened and I have never made a complaint to the store itself because I'm not looking for free food or taking additional time from my child by being on the phone explaining it to them. I'm resorting to this review to prepare others considering ordering from this location that they do not stand a good chance of getting a good quality and...
Read moreOverall, the product quality was subpar, not only the first time when my pizza did not match the photos I posted above, but also in terms of the distribution of toppings, which looked good, and the friendly staff. The gentleman at the front, whose name I did not catch, seemed very professional and I assumed he might be the General Manager of the restaurant. However, Nina informed me that there would be a 30-minute wait time for my order to be remade, which I found excessive. Having worked in the pizza industry for 12 years, I would never inform a customer, especially for a remake, that it would take 30 minutes. Not that my order should take priority over others, but when it comes to remaking an order with subpar product, it should be done accordingly. Fortunately, I received my remade food in 15 minutes, which contradicts the initial misinformation. Upon entering, I noticed that there were only three employees working on a Saturday night, which I understand is a common staffing issue. Nevertheless, I highly recommend hiring more employees and providing them with proper training, accurate information, and guidance on customer service. In this experience, the staff demonstrated a great attitude, and I commend the gentleman at the front. My remade order looked great. Additionally, I suggest that Domino's consider investing in a warmer, as orders were left sitting on a rack, causing the temperature to drop, and by the time they reached customers, the...
Read moreI was the only person in line, made eye contact with 5 employees. Never greeted. Finally, the one who turned her back to me to deal with empty boxes said someone would be with me in a moment. As she tended to the important boxes I patiently waited. Finally a second customer arrived and a second lady, boxing pizza, finally calls someone from the back to assist at the register. He signs in and immediately asks the lady behind me how he can help her. I remained quiet to see of the lady tending the boxes would let him know I was first or that I was not invisible, that I had been waiting. Nothing was said. The gentlemen was having issues finding the lady’s order so I said excuse me I was actually in line first and I ordered online it says my order is ready. Finally the boxes were done she turns around to assist me needed for me to repeat everything I just told the gentlemen and also had trouble finding my order even though my name appeared on the screen. Finally the gentlemen brought my pizzas. While the pizza was done quickly it was fairly brown, overcooked the meats were far too crispy. I have zero desire to do business with Dominos again and we eat pizza once a week and I buy a alot of pizzas for sports teams in Midcities. Ill never put myself thru this level of disregard again for mediocre...
