Very good! My favorite Thai restaurant in the area! My parents come here all the time and the waiter actually knows their order. Everything I’ve tried so far is so good! My dad usually gets the chow mein with chicken. The last time I went I got the chow mein and it’s my favorite dish from there. My mom gets the pad see ew, and that’s good too! The portion is smaller than the chow mein though. This last time my boyfriend got the peanut sauce. He asked for level 5 spicy but when he got it, it wasn’t spicy at all. My food was more spicy and I got level 2. They make the food very fast and service has always been good. The price is good too especially for the amount of food you get. The mango sticky rice is sooooo good! The mango was perfectly ripened and the cream on top of the rice was also good. The only downside is that the restaurant is a little hidden so it’s not getting the attention it deserves. The Thai tea is a little sweet but you can easily dilute it. The price of the Thai tea is such a good deal. It’s the cheapest price I’ve seen in the area. I also have to mention that they have a cute little garden in the front. I think more people should try this restaurant.
New review: 4 stars now because the takeout portions are half of what you would get if you ate inside the restaurant. Unfortunately it’s just as expensive if you pickup. I think that the price should be a little cheaper if you pick up from their store because again the portions are a lot smaller. Also the crab ragoons are not that good and the egg...
Read moreWe tried out this restaurant on a Saturday for lunch, but it was hard to find. There are signs visible on the roadside, but we went around in circles a bit trying to find the entrance. Go North on Blue Quail Lane just past the AutoZone. You should see the Jan Thai sign to the right. Turn right off the main road into the AutoZone parking lot, but instead of turning right again to enter the AutoZone, go straight towards the red brick building. The entrance is to the left of the red brick building.
As for the food, we ordered Summer Rolls with Shrimp, Pad Thai with Shrimp, Rad Nah with Pork, and Kid's Pho with Chicken. Loved the large portions. The peanut sauce that came with the summer rolls didn't have much flavor on this visit. The peanut taste didn't stand out to me. The Pad Thai came with lots of shrimp but was lacking flavor as well. I asked for mild spicy on the Pad Thai, but it really wasn't much spice at all. I really enjoyed the Rad Nah which was very tasty.

Read moreThis was my first experience having food from this restaurant.
I had the yellow curry chicken which I absolutely didn’t like at all and I’ll be disposing of it which is $13 totally wasted. The curry chicken was sweet tasting and not anything like I’ve had before at other places. It tasted like sugar was added. I had such high expectations of this because it looked so good.
I also had the pad zee ew and it was okay, but it was lacking something in the flavor, the carrots and broccoli were very tough and not cooked enough for my liking and it was too runny. I had such high expectations on this dish as well because the presentation was so good.
The last thing I tried was the mango sticky rice which was pretty good. The mangos weren’t sweet at all, but that can happen at this time of the year, so o totally give a pass on that.
The packaging of everything from this restaurant was done very well and all items I ordered were fresh. It’s unfortunate that I really only liked the mango...
