Mr. Appliance was able to schedule my washing machine repair very quickly. Marco came out and was very careful about foot coverings and used his own door mat. He was friendly and very quickly diagnosed the problem. He did not charge me for that repair because it was an easy fix but recommended a repair to the shock absorbers which I was happy to have fixed. Marco was our technician, who arrived the morning after requesting repair the previous afternoon. Professional, efficiently diagnosed the problem, drain pump. The part had to be ordered over a weekend, but was contacted 1st thing Monday morning to set apptment on Tuesday. The new pump was installed quickly & he even noticed our dryer was “wobbly”, and leveled it for us. We will definitely contact Mr Appliance again...
