Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bedford

Absolute terrible service here. I’ve been coming here for nearly a year regularly because I have five kids and the drive thru is the only one that’s close. I really wish I had been taking notes on all the absolutely awful experiences I’ve had here. My regular order is a large cold brew with hazelnut swirl (which is sweetened) and cream. At least half the times I’ve ordered they’ve put hazelnut flavor, which is unsweetened. I understand the confusion and have been patient every single time. I’m regularly met with the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen in customer service. There are a few team members that are very nice, but the horrifically rude ones sure do make up for it. One day I was told that I was wrong about the missing swirl, the girl at the window was nearly combative over it, and when they finally agreed to remake it she doubled the swirl of a normal drink. I combined the unsweetened and sweetened drinks when I got home and they were perfect...so apparently she thought I was just somehow missing the swirl in my first drink or just wanted to be spiteful. Today, the guy stood there arguing with me about whether there was swirl in it. I get the same drink every single day. No sweetener vs. sweetener is pretty damn noticeable. I never approach customer service rudely...I was only politely asking for my correct drink, and was met with that. Absolutely terrible. I’ve probably wasted close to sixty dollars at this particular location from incorrect orders, missing items, etc., but worse were the awful responses from employees. Awful location although renovated recently went through today worst experience ever. Unfortunately it was the manager taking orders and she was pathetic. When you order like 3 items at a drive through which is not much compared to other people or places or dunks near me they have personality and amazing customer service. She literally kept sighing and sounding so bothered like she didn’t apply to work at this job knowing what she was expecting to do etc i literally after the third sigh had to ask her is she was Fing serious lol like she should quit if dunks is a hard job. ( which we all know it’s not ) When i made my Way to the window she was all attitude and just nasty but as i sat there waiting for my order that of course 3 items is hard to put together she says to the next car that pulled up to the order box “ ya your gonna have to wait “ then to her staff yea i don’t care hopefully people start driving off let’s see how long they wait “ there was only one car there mind you and me at the window very interesting way a manager can run such a place i literally hope she gets fired pr replaced she doesn’t deserve to have a job with a outlook like that towards customers idc what was her qualifications just...

I have been coming here for years and I love DDs. I was hopeful that the renovations would make it a welcoming place. Unfortunately the service has gotten so bad. Staff are often rude and dusmissive. I ordered an energy drink and the server put in almost a full cup of ice, pour near half of the drink and chatted about it to the coworker. I pretended like I did not hear. The next time I ordered, I asked for minimal ice because of what happened prior. The cashier told me it did not matter and was harsh with me to get the rest of my order. Who wants to pay over 5 bucks for ice in a cup? Did I say it was tasteless? We do have options DF.

Update. It gets worst each time I come here. They did not know what honey was or a pack of honey. They looked in space and never answered. I am Dunkin through and through but this one is bad.

The store looks untidy at times and so is the male restroom. Some staff look unkept and argue about work conditions. All around sad. Now I might have just caught someone on their bad day but the attitude is...
