Came here to get some tacos cause I seen it had around 4 stars and I was craving some street tacos.

As I enter and started to order I asked if they had a street taco platter because I didn't see it on the menu. When I asked she said yes they do. I went ahead and got the street taco platter. I was told they weren't doing fountain so I got a bottle. When I asked how much she told me it's a .50 upcharge. I asked how much is it for just the bottle she didn't answer. She rang up my food and I figured I'd just get it cause usually they run no more than $2. I was also told that the platter only got two tacos instead of three so I added a extra taco when it was all said and done I asked how much and I never got a answer I handed my card and my total for a taco platter with the extra taco came out to $20! Just for 3 tacos, rice and beans. No where have I ever been have I been charged $20 for a whole meal of street tacos. Birria tacos understandable but not your basic street taco. I had asked for chicken as far as my meat choice and when I looked at my tacos it only had cheese and chicken no cilantro, no onions just chicken and cheese. The beans and rice weren't the best either...

First visit to Tacos Y Mas was an absolute disaster. First my order was not ready for over 10 minutes after website said it would be ready. I got to my appt late because of this. Once I arrived I opened up my Nachos and immediately noticed that I did not see any queso. So far 2 strikes so I already see why they have a “no refunds” sign at their counter. I begin to eat the nachos and immediately notice how 100% soggy the chips are so I’m questioning why they are so soggy. I get closer to the bottom of the carton and see queso all over the bottom of the carton. The queso was so watered down that it made all the chips soggy and the rest dripped to them bottom and had absolutely no flavor. The meat could have used much more seasoning as well. Also ordered Elote and was equally disappointed. First the cup was only 2/3 full and also there was no cheese/cream at the bottom of the cup. I love supporting our small local restaurants and understand the importance of leaving a good review when ever possible. But my first and last visit to Tacos Y Mas. We ordered 2 chicken tortilla soups and some street tacos. The place was quiet but it still took a long time to get our order. The street tacos were okay but the chicken tortilla soup was so bad it was comical. We literally got some ramen broth with a spoonful of canned veggies and a side of tortilla strips??? I rarely complain but I had to ask the lady at the cashier if we got the correct soups, because there was no chicken? She said yes it's chicken broth no actual chicken in it, btw the broth was horrible and tasted straight out of a can. The worst part was we paid $3.50 for each soup and the lady made no effort or offer to exchange or give me a refund even after we explained this was not a chicken tortilla soup.
