We have had problems with this location several times like how no one understands how to use google maps (it literally tells you which way to go) we live less than a mile away and last time our driver got lost! However, we decided to give them another chance. Big mistake!! I put my order in online. I checked the tracking and 20 minutes later it said it was on it’s way. 35 minutes after that, it still had not arrived. I called the store. Was kept on hold for 12 minutes, and when I finally got someone they sounded like they were asleep and didn’t know what was going on. When I asked where our food was, they said that the driver was taking another order with mine and was having trouble getting a hold of that customer. They assured me it would be there shortly. Yeah it wasn’t! Another 30 minutes goes by so I call again. I ask why my pizza isn’t here and was told that they sent 2 drivers to deliver it and that when they got to our house it had a for sale sign in the yard! Yeah geniuses, we’re across the street! The kid on the phone who claimed to be the manager argued with me that the house for sale was my address. I’m pretty sure I know my address!! So they canceled my order and said they had to make it again! The fact that their drivers are unable to read the numbers on houses is unbelievable! I mean it didn’t occur to any driver to check the houses around it since that house was obviously not it?!?! I am beyond angry! NEVER AGAIN!! I will stick with Domnioes and Pepe’s since they actually know what they’re doing and know how to treat their customers, for instance not arguing with customers about their addresses when they know they...

I have ordered from this Pizza Hut several times. The last 3 times I have ordered there has been major issues. The last 2 times my pizza was delivered honest to god an hour and half after it said it was going to be delivered, unfortunately cold and then this time I had to call only to be told “the driver said he couldn’t deliver it”. I asked why and was given the response “I’m not sure”. I work in retail and I totally get that stuff happens and I’m extremely understanding but this is just poor leadership. Shadow of a leader, it always starts from the top.

Today she claims that she can’t do that. When asked to speak to her supervisor she claimed to not have one. I offered to email her a copy of my credit card and drivers license and she refused. She certainly doesn’t know what it is like to be a business owner because she didn’t care about finding a solution. She then refused my order and hung up on me.
