New Yamazato — Restaurant in Bedford

Ordered tonight via phone. When I went to get our food, I verbalized WHAT I ordered, the employee took my money and gave me a bag of food. When I got home it was NOT what we ordered. I called back, and I tried to explain that they gave me the wrong order. There is a language barrier, and he kept saying our order was ready. I repeated several times that I had already been there and paid for food that was NOT correct. He said come pick it up. When I arrived back to the restaurant, the SAME employee rung up my food again. I told him I wasn’t paying again. I already paid for and picked up THE WRONG FOOD. He then tried to charge me for just one meal. He would not make it right because I don’t believe he understood the real problem. I do not recommend ordering by phone if you can’t speak his language. They do not ask for a name. They don’t verify your order. And when they mess up your whole order, they won’t make it right!!! I...

The food is always delicious, we eat it multiple times a week, these people go above and beyond for their customers, especially the guys who answers the phones, takes the orders, payments, prepares togo & also in the kitchen, I see him doing it all, I believe he's the owner but I'm not certain. In my opinion, new yamazatos is one of the top places to eat in all of bedford. It is also extremely affordable, for what your getting & how much of it your getting, EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE..
