I made a2go order one night when they were about a half an hour away from closing. I had tried to call several times and no one was answering the call so I just drove to the facility to walk in and place my order in person. And upon doing that there was only three workers there who were all sitting down in the booths and they were all looking at each other trying to I guess decide if they were going to take my order or not and then I was only given a limited amount of options because they were going to close down there real early and they'd already prepped to leave. So I place my order for two burgers and two fries asked for certain condiments and at this point they had 20 minutes to closing. I left to go directly across the street to get gas and advise them that I would be right back. There was an issue at the gas station with a customer that was two people in front of me so my trip took longer than expected and upon pulling back into the Huddle House parking lot I noticed that the lights were off and the employees had left for the night had bagged up my order and had set it outside the door. So I was completely unhappy with that service the fact that my food had gotten cold and then I called the 1-800 Huddle House number or whatever it was to complain about my services they took my information of what story was what I ordered, and then proceeded to tell me that somebody from that store would contact me about my complaint. It has been a little over a month now and I have not been contacted by anyone from the facility nor have I received any emails or any justification on why leaving my food outside of the door then leaving and letting food that I purchased get cold was completely okay I had to throw the food away and I really was expecting some sort of refund or a voucher and I've not received anything regarding that visit. Read moreI arrived at the Huddle House in Bedford Va around 8:45-8:50pm on 4-24-25, I was told to be seated by someone who was the night shift manager, at that time I was the only person in the building, a couple minutes later another person walked in and wanted a to order to go and automatically got a menu and ordered her food which I had been there and not serviced….. a few minutes later the acting manager came and brought me a menu and asked what I wanted to drink and bought it to the table, so family of 7 walked in the door and was greeted and sat, got menus, ordered drinks and placed an order mind you I have been in there now 10 minutes, I say something to the acting manager and he didn’t care, so I asked for his manager’s number Courtney Myers and she showed no empathy at all, all I got was I’ll check the cameras in the morning, when asked for her manager’s number she said she’s the end all and there not allowed to give out the district...

Linda has been our server every visit, and she’s absolutely wonderful. She remembers our favorites, greets us like old friends, and makes sure everything is just right. Her kindness and attention to detail turn a simple meal into something special.
The food is always hot, fresh, and exactly what we’re craving—comfort food done perfectly. The whole team here clearly takes pride in what they do, and it shows in every bite and every smile.
