I went in to purchase a Galaxy S21 on Saturday, July 3 and was told it would be in by Monday, July 5. I called on July 7 and was told rudely they will call when it comes in. My husband and I went into the store that Saturday to check and see if it was in. Again told rudely they would call when it came in. It is now July 15...Still waiting... My issue here is that no one has apologized for the delay or even let us know what was going on. I find it to be horrible customer service. Our family has been Verizon users since the 90s. We love Verizon but I do think you need to train your employees to treat customers well.
UPDATE!!! I went back into the store after I called the Customer Service department. They were very kind and able to help me. When I finally went to get my phone, Destany, the manager at the store, took responsibility. This is NOT a Verizon store, it's an authorized retailer, so some questions get flipped to Verizon customer service and if you're returning a product (for example, to get credit for surrendering an old phone when you get a new one) be sure to follow up with your MyVerizon account to ensure that they acknowledge it. Also, if you want a phone number that's outside of Bedford for some reason, you have to go through Verizon to do that. (NOTE: this may have changed, but it was true the last time I was there). Read moreI highly recommend avoiding any Victra Verizon location. I went to this store on August 1st to trade in my phone and switch from sprint. They promised me a better deal because I was eligible for a business account, as well as having a phone that qualified for a sizeable credit to go towards my bill. Numerous visits, texts, calls to the store and even higher ups at Victra, I never received the credit for my trade-in. My bill has not been fixed and it's been over 4 months.
