Order Jimmy Johnās tonight on the app, and when I receive my sandwich it was not made the way I ordered it. It did not have the extra crispy jalapeƱos that I had ordered or extra onion. So I called up to the store and told them there may have been a mistake, and the gentleman that answered the phone began telling me that he knows the sandwiches made right because he made it himself. Then proceeded to yell across the store does someone else saying ā This dude is saying we didnāt make his sandwich right. I know we did because I made it.ā The manager then got on the phone and told me she helped make it and knows that it was made right but she was going to send the driver back out to get my sandwich and bring me a new one. She tried to justify the way that the first guy talked to me, saying that he is just a kid. Well, if he is a kid, and doesnāt know how to speak to customers, then maybe he shouldnāt be answering your phones. I showed the first sandwich to the driver and he agreed that it was not made correctly. I believe they need to be taught customer service skills at this location. Maybe next time instead of arguing they will just apologize and make the correct sandwich to keep a loyal customer. It's pretty clear that one sandwich is missing things from the order that the second sandwich has.

After I received my sandwich I asked for my chips to which the employee said I didnāt get chips. I asked why not she said I didnāt order chips I informed her I asked for a combo so she sarcastically responded āsure you did.ā āI did, could I get my chips?ā She then stated thatās capitalism and Iād have to buy chips they donāt come freeā¦. I never asked for free chips I just wanted what I ordered. The disconnect came because the gentleman who took my order didnāt ring me up for the combo.she called the police on me because I was trying to explain that I did order chips , I didnāt see the receipt till I asked for her name which she initially refused to give. I asked for corporate number since when I asked for a manager she stated she was the manager. She told me āitās on the wallā I stayed in the store as I talked to corporate, she created a hostile environment and the customer service was all around rude. I stayed until the police arrived and he said itās a civil matter and up to corporate. Since there was no cussing, property damage, or signs of wrong actions on my part I am at home as I create this review. Very disappointed in how the process went. Placed delivery order five minutes prior to them opening so it would be scheduled ahead of time and be one of the first deliveries. (11:30) App showed my order was out for delivery at 11:13. I called the store at 12:20 to ask about locating my order and the employee said thereās nothing I can do. I asked, can you call the delivery driver to find out the issue? Needless to say, the employee said that they are sorry and there is nothing they can do.
If youāre short delivery drivers, donāt offer delivery. Had I known it was going to take over an hour for it to be delivered, I wouldnāt have ordered from here.
I finally got my order at 12:35. I didnāt order a drink but received someoneās? I normally tip well, but felt like I had to retract my usual tipping due to the lack of urgency. I felt horrible because it was an older lady delivering and she seemed to be the only one delivering orders, but the location has to do something about their customer service.
