I’d personally say little Caesar’s (in general) is the spirit airlines of the pizza industry, but this Little Caesars has honestly never had it together. I’ll just focus on my recent visit about a hour ago.. I purchased a pizza online and walk in to the pizza shop and hear R&B music blaring at the time that it stated that my pizza would have been done (I already expected there’d be some kind of delay just knowing how incompetent the store has been in the past). The employee takes several minutes to acknowledge a customer. I stated what I ordered and he goes we don’t have that kind of dough we only have thin crust (waits until I get there to let me know lol). So respectfully, I say no worries I’ll take the dough that you do have then. He said he has to bake it so I inform him that I’ll be back in a couple of minutes. The other customers in the shop also looked disappointed. I go sit in my car. I see the employee leaves the shop and goes to several stores adjacent to the pizza shop for a couple minutes then on his return he looked me in the eyes and immediately looked away walking back in to the store. I walk into the store and there’s still absolutely no awareness of whose going in or out for the employee. Another employee acknowledges me several minutes later and tells me they only have one pepperoni pizza left as if I was a new customer. I inform him that that’s supposed to be mine then he hands it to me. Lmao these guys were going to sell the pizza I already paid for. Pizza was not even cut. The overall disrespect. Guy should have just stayed home. This store should reconsider...
Read moreI placed an online order October 28th, 2022. The order was to be ready for pick up at 602pm. I arrived just before 6pm. When I arrived at the store, there was very loud music playing for the kitchen area. There were many customers in the lobby area, many with small children. The staff were very distracted, singing and dancing around while customers waited to be assisted. The music was not only loud, but extremely disrespectful and inappropriate. The music contained vulgar and graphic content. I was completely blown away by the disregard for the customers and children. After 20 minutes past my pickup time, I asked to speak to a manager and the lady said no manager was on duty. She continuously asked customers if they wanted a refund. I advised this worker that I did not want a refund and that I wanted my order and for them to turn off the offensive music. Of course, this employee acted as if my request to turn off the radio was going to ruin the great time the staff were having and like I was being unreasonable. I paid money for your food and service, not to be exposed to a harassing, degrading, disrespectful, and inappropriate atmosphere. Finally, at 635pm, I was able to leave with my food. If any manager or owner of this store would like to reach out to me, I will gladly share the video that I recorded...
Read moreFood was good but as always there was absolutely not one pizza hot and ready so we waited fifteen minutes. With that being said, 15 minutes is a decent time to have your pizza ready (or around average to quick since it was being picked and not delivered). IMO the little Caesars where I live (just 10 miles south) only became more popular and well known with the five dollar hot and ready... Yet its never there. The one in Franklin Indiana is awful BC of this right here and the rest sadly will follow I think. I hope not. One last thing was the service. It seems like all little Caesars employees are always overworked and hateful BC of it which is an awkward tension to walk into. I feel like I have caused some extreme amount of street on the one or two people that are trying their best and only making $9+$10 an hour for management positions!?! Maybe this is why nothing if hot and ready and why little Caesars never have the worlds cheapest paper plates EVER anymore. You need to spend a little money into your restaurant and faithful employees/customers that you have left if its...
