Hardee’s — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Honestly it wasn't the best place ever, we got food here and honestly from being from cali and be used to hold different menu.But we got what we normally got and we had it, and it was very bland it didn't really taste like anything, and it wasn't the best meal i've had since i've gotten here in indiana. i honestly think that their service can use a little bit of work.Because the attitude was a little much, it was a little setback, and it's a little rude.Considering you know, like we're being polite and nice, i just don't know if that's like a different thing here, or if you know the norm is to not be nice. but it wasn't all that. I don't think I'm going back to this place ever again. If anything the food wasn't that good and the service really wasn't.I mean, you can still come here if you want.I wouldn't suggest it.Because I feel like you could get some better food.Somewhere elseBut that's everybody else's opinion, but I don't think...

This place is a complete Joke!!! How are you going to charge someone almost $20 for 10 chicken tenders and most of them are smaller than chicken nuggets!! Plus they are burnt ( taste like the oil they were fried in hasn't been changed in a very long time!!)to crispy making the smaller ones unedible!!! I paid a premium to have delivered by uber eats, they did their job correctly, but hardee's gave them poor quality food and to make things that much better hardee's willNOT awnser the phone so I can try and get order fixed!!! I ordered through the app around 7:05 a.m. It was supposed to be ready at 7:19 a.m. I sat in my car until 7:19. I started to go through the drive-thru, but it was barely moving with several cars in front of me. I decided to go inside. It took about 5 minutes to acknowledge I was even at the counter even though they made direct eye contact with me a few times. Once someone did speak to me around 7:26, she said there was no order for me. I started to show her my order, then another worker showed her the printed ticket. I finally got my order at 7:32. The entire time they were moving slower than pond water...except for the food prep staff. They had about 40 items ready and waiting in the bagging area. The food was lukewarm at best and the hashbrowns tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Thankfully, I don't live near this location and...
