McDonald's — Restaurant in Bell Gardens

The manager maria is very unprofessional I waited 20 minutes for my order and it was missing a item when I ask to speak with her she gave attitude right away like if I was asking free hand outs I told her my concerns that I was missing a order of fries she pull out the other 2 from my bag and put them in the trash very unnecessary and not nice at all I ask her why she put them in the trash and she's says it wasn't my problem yes it is I just pay for that and then she say i was going to give you fresh ones , I counted 8 orders get serve before my order # her excuse was they wher waiting on the fries every order after my order took fries with them I am very disappointed with the customer service experience that was given to me and my family today we have options to go wher we feel free to go and eat we made the honest decision to have a meal at this restaurant and this is what we experience we live in Fontana, ca not in bell gardens we wher traveling in the area and Google a McDonald's yes there's one on Firestone but we have eat here before and came back and got the worst experience thank you maria for your unprofessional and lack of...

I'm still upset that they haven't offered any plant-based options, even though they claimed they would some SIX YEARS AGO! The Peanut Butter Project is an animal rights awareness campaign and we're rallying all the plant-based manufacturers & other animal rights groups to push for legislation that will make restaurants and fast food chains to have more veggie meals available at reasonable prices. McDonald's should get on the bandwagon with this! They don't have to stick with just one company either! Was eating as I found a baby roach on my food meaning there is more in this McDonalds restaurant roaming around the food, I called and let them know because one can easily get sick because roaches carry bacteria and it’s disgusting having to find a roach in your meal. When the person called Aracely as they told me it was her answered she gave me her attitude and responded basically implying I placed the roach in the food, and that they were pesticides free which CLEARLY they are not.
