Really upsetting, they messed up my order. I asked for a fresas con crema with just granola (because my wife is allergic). They yelled at the lady my order. Told her 3 times, only granola. She came out gave me my order and I apologized and told her ma'am I'm sorry I asked for it with only granola and cream, she yelled at me and said no you said no coco only and a lil bit of raisins. I told the cashier to please confirm my order. They confirmed I asked for my order with only granola. She went to the re did my order (or so I thought) because I said my wife is allergic. I received the order when I got home I noticed (since I always mix the fresas) that she kept the same order since there were like 8 raisins still in it. Thankfully I did, cus my wife could've collapsed on me. Allergies are nothing to play with. So I just wasted $16 because I had to throw them away and not take the risk.

This place is the epitome of 3 stars. The food is very average. The nieves raspados and treats are also average. They have a nice variety though. A lot of people visit this place but it's just something about it. The atmosphere. It's hit and miss.

I visit this place just to sit and chill with my partner while we have a nieve de chicle and tostilocos. But today we were kicked out at 9:05pm, being told "we closed a while ago." The girl told us she had to mop. That they had closed since 15 minutes before 9pm. So we left at 9:05pm.

It would have been nice to be told at 8:30pm when we we got there that they closed in 15 minutes. Instead we sat relaxed just to get kicked out, assuming it closed at 9:30pm like Google said.

If it was up to me. It'll be no stars. It was my first time being here. A guy that was here before me returned with his food because the cook messed up. The cook tried to make excuses. So when I ordered my super breakfast, I asked for scrambled eggs. They didn't even do that. I told the lady in the front and the cook says where. It clearly said revueltos. The only thing he did was put the eggs back in the grill and scrambled them. It was freaking nasty. I didn't even enjoy my breakfast. Oh man the pancakes were freaking sour.
