Casey's — Restaurant in Bella Vista

I’m beyond upset with Casey’s in general, but this location being the culprit so I’ll keep it simple. If you order delivery from Casey’s “during the day” they outsource to DoorDash without notification. - emphasized because I know the awful customer service DD has and would have never ordered knowing this.

Long story short, my order was claimed to be arriving at 11:40, so I put my baby down for a nap shortly before, meaning I silenced my phone, and checked my phone again at 11:38 where I was told my order had been returned to the store at no refund to me whatsoever. Casey’s said sorry not sorry, we got paid and received the returned order, so now you’re on your own with DoorDash.

I want to be writing this review for DoorDash but I, and most of the world, already know that they have unreachable customer service. So instead, I want it to be known that you will not be notified with deliveries from Casey’s if they outsource or not, nor will any issues (wrong orders, unreceived deliveries, etc.) be reconciled with this store. Supposedly they do direct deliveries later in the day, but I’d avoid taking that risk, myself.

Boo on Casey’s for not owning up. Sadly, Kum & Go takes the win in NWA for now on in my book.

PS I loooove Casey’s, so this is a bummer all around for me. Like, who orders pizza deliver from a GAS STATION unless...

So I spilled coffee this morning 7/21/21 around 9:30am. I did apologize. I even try to add a little humor because I was so embarrassed by saying I haven’t done something like this since I quit drinking I’m so sorry. Then the older lady with short hair and glasses asked me if I was burned. I said “no thank you for asking “ again I said I was sorry. This Casey’s worker Was very upset that I spilled the coffee. Meah already embarrassed paper my stuff on my way out her other coworker said she even say sorry? Deli has been on point latley.... but only when the nice girl with colored hair is behind the counter. She is amazing.

I walked in this morning. And I didn't see her. But I see 4 other workers yelling across the store and 1 stood out, male, Scruffy face. Loud as hell cursing through the store... dude is obnoxious.
