Starbucks — Restaurant in Bellaire

Nice store, bad experience. I sat down after ordering my drink and after I wondered what the hold up was, I saw my drink on the bar. It was luke warm and I realized that Shondrika wasn't calling out orders. I thought it might have been a bad store but the next barrista did call out the orders. We sat down and all three tables around us were dirty. I asked Shondrika if she had someone who could clean the tables. "Not really" she answered. We waited for five minutes and I asked her if we could get someone to clean the table now. "No we're too busy." Her uncaring and curt attitude ended my patience and I reminded her that making drinks was only part of her job and she needed to do whatever it takes to clean the tables. She came out a few minutes later, wiped our table and walked away without a word. My wife who was a Starbucks barrista at one time yelled "wait!, you were already here, can you please wipe down the other two tables next to ours? She did and murmured "I have too much to do...

I’m not sure if I care for this particular location. My order has been made wrong 2x. Both times, the employee that made it wrong acted like I was the one trippin. Then today, I order and the lady doesn’t even ask me my name for my order. But when I ordered my coffee, I added “And my name is ….” She kept ringing my order up. Then when I pay for it I ask her why she didn’t ask me my name and she replies, “Well that happens sometimes, so you’ll have to listen for your order”. WHAT? What if the next 3 ppl got the same thing as me? Every time I come in here it’s some kind of issue with these folks working in here. My bad for coming to spend money in your coffee shop. It’s one closer to my crib anyway. This place is WACK SAUCE. Worst customer service today, was not greeted at all not once. I’m standing in line to get my mobile order and nobody bothered to ask if I was picking an order up. Three of the workers were busy one taking order at the register one making drinks and the other preparing some food to go, but one worker was just saying there looking in binder not too sure if he was working on inventory or what not but he could’ve stop what he was doing and asked if I needed help clearly he was the one doing the least. I had to wait for the line to go down at the register to ask for my order and I noticed all of the employees looked at me more than twice.
