A Step Above Signs — Local services in Belleview

I am completely disappointed with my experience with A Step Above signs. I am all about supporting local businesses and with the reviews I read I decided to give this company a try. I went in and spoke with the gentlemen, I already had a design and 2 hoodies ready, I just needed them to print the design on the hoodies. All seemed to be good, he told me 7-10days they would be ready. I called 10 days later and they were waiting on prints, perfectly fine. He said he would call me when they came in, he never did. I called a week later and he still hadn’t even started them. I told him I needed them ASAP and could take them somewhere else if need be, he assured me he would contact the people with the prints and call me back. He did not once again, I called a few days later and was told now his machine is down and he had to have someone else do them. I called a few days later and they still were not started and he would get them started, he called later that day to verify color was correct. I called him the following Monday and he said he would get to them after he finished the shirts he was working on. I went in Tuesday morning to pick up the hoodies. The lack of communication was completely unnecessary, machines break and things happen, but I cannot be understanding if I am not informed of what is going on. I understand they have a lot of customers to take care of, But the quality of the work I received is unacceptable. The prints are already missing part of letters and not lined up properly. The prints on the back are of centered on one and completely wonky on the other. Will not be using them again...

To anyone that's seriously wanting services provided this company is probably not the route to go....I called them several times and even went into their office a few times they kept assuring me that they would call me later on those days never recieved a call.. I called on one day and spoke to the op wner himself once he realized what I was calling for he asked if he could call me back in just a minute he wanted to get my paperwork infront of him he never called back...Seriously if they felt they couldn't provide the service they should have just been honest...Fine....I would've found someone else right away. I really cant say they deserve the star but one star was the only way I could post...

My boss had this company do her T-shirts he did them wrong now the owner doesn't want to fix his mistake or give her money back. We went in last week to check on the t-shirts the owner told us they would be ready by friday. We went in today Monday. The owner was very rude and unprofessional and telling us that he didn't even want to do the T-shirts. Yet he dont want to give her money back. I would never personally do business with this man.
