Dunkin' — Restaurant in Belleville

I come here almost every morning because I work around the corner. Last night before the closed I stopped there to get donuts and accidentally left my phone in bathroom, went back around the corner but they had closed. I went back at 5 am when they opened and tracked my phone and it was there. When I got there the phone was cut off and their male employee was very stand off ish, but the two women were helpful. I tracked my phone and around 10:45 am I went back because the phone sent me a location notification that it was again back at Dunkin. I showed them and called the police. Kid behind the register nasty and jump to say something smart. Waited for 30 min and the police did not come and my break was over. Not even a couple mins after I left one of those same workers left the location and I was sent another notification. All in the same area. Very un trustworthy and very rude. Their hot coffee is always good but their iced coffee is only good if the right person does it! Not everyone there knows how to make iced coffee. The customer service is ok depends who you get. The store manager doesn’t know how to speak to her employees. I as a frequent customer and my husband have heard when she’s said this is why I don’t hire stupid kids! That is totally unacceptable and unprofessional coming from a manager. The place at night is like a hangout people be vaping and smoking outside all the time. I normally try to not write unfavorable reviews, however, hopefully by writing this the employee can learn about more efficient hygienic practices. I came to place an order, a coffee and a bagel. The woman who was going to prep my coffee, began boldly digging in her nose right in front of me at the cash register. Like the entire finger as she rimmed in her nostril. I immediately felt sick because if she's doing this right in front of me, what is occurring when customers are not around? I immediately left my order and went to another location.
