Sip & Chew Express, LLC — Restaurant in Belleville

I was very torn on how to rate this place. Their wings are very good and unlike anything you've had before. The fries were also very good. My burger was average. Nothing craft/signature about it. It did have fresh ingredients on it, but the burger seemed like it came from frozen. For me, it needs something unique to it, and it just wasn't there. I'd like to see how their Philly cheesesteak is, next.

We had a brown sugar boba, which was very cold, and a strawberry boba with popping boba. They were average. I would have preferred mine not made with crushed ice cause it is just too cold.

I think they have a lot of potential but were a little disorganized when I was there. Menus seemed to be lost, boba tea had a separate menu that I wouldn't have known about if I hadn't seen someone drinking boba. They were doing some kind of counter repairs.

It is a very small place, maybe it does mostly takeout orders.

My husband and I enjoyed a Friday lunch date at Sip and Chew Express. We arrived shortly after noon and I was disappointed to learn that breakfast is over at 11:30, was really looking forward to the French toast. Instead, I enjoyed the avocado BLT. It was delicious and very creamy (from just the right amount of avocado). My husband ordered their chicken wings, French fries, mango boba tea (they were out of the strawberry :/), and potato soup.

The owner was super friendly and accommodating. She was happy to tell us a bit about the business and their three locations. She went on to tell us that they make everything they can from scratch as she and her husband (the chef) feel that they can put the most love into their food if it's made right there in the kitchen. She was eager to hear our feedback on the food as they desire to serve exactly what the customer is looking for.

We will be back and I can't wait to try...

This place seemed like what I was looking for- A quiet little place to get a quick breakfast. We came in with 2 little kids & sat down @ a table.

There was no one working that I could see,just another couple sitting also. No one ever came out from the back to say anything. I got some menus that were sitting on the bar to try & see what they had. The man sitting @ the table kept talking to us but I got the impression he did not work there.??Thoroughly confused @ this point. Then he yelled for someone to come out @ help us, STILL NO ONE COMES!?? Terrible customer service. Another couple comes in & sits @ the bar & thats my que to leave. I never saw anyone who was working & if I was able to get service I wouldn't want to spend my time being bothered by people I don't...
