This was experienced on July 7th 2024 where I went to order food catering to 15 people. I planned to order 4 Family pack Biryani’s for my head count guests. The lady chef and the owner of the restaurant was polite helping with the order but misguided on Tray orders and made me offer 1/2 Tray orders by misleading that it is over just 10$ compared to Family pack and serves 8-10 ppl. I changed my mind to go with 2 1/2 Trays but was charged $140 while as per her inputs it should be $82 as family pack cost $31. After reaching home, I realized that as per her initial inputs, I should be charged only $82 for two 1/2 trays but planned to charge $140 in the disguise of only $10 variance between Family pack and 1/2 tray. I drove back to her and questioned the same and this time I totally see a new person screaming at me when I asked her why did she mislead initially saying only $10 variance between Family pack and 1/2 tray while it is actually double :-(. I told her I would have ordered Family packs only and asked to help what is the quantity difference between Family pack and 1/2 tray. She rudely responds I can’t explain it and you need to know it. She is such an arrogant that she cancelled the order at 9:30 PM where I need to search for new caterer for next day event. She is clueless how $10 more to Family pack costs $70 while Family pack is $31. She and her assistants tried to make fool of me saying that $10 more applies to appetizers but not for biryanis and those appetizers don’t have family pack charges in the menu trying to escape from the mistake of misleading. I see this restaurant not to be customer empathetic and trying to cheat the customers to order more than they desire to make more money at the cost of food wastage. Very unprofessional behavior towards customers and not ready to sorry after customer realizes the betrayal. Definitely these type of restaurants lacking transparency cannot be encouraged. The way they treated me, I made my mind not to visit this place again in my life and 100% don’t recommend to my friends and...

Restaurant Review: A Culinary Journey to India

Upon entering Amulya Indian Cuisine , one is immediately enveloped in an enticing aroma, a symphony of herbs and spices that promise an authentic Indian culinary experience. This aroma sets the stage for what is an exceptional dining adventure.

The staff at Amulya Indian Cuisine greets guests with both efficiency and a warm, genuine friendliness. Their service is fast, but it never feels rushed, creating an atmosphere where one can truly relax and savor the meal.

The heart of this experience, of course, is the food. Each dish is freshly prepared, a testament to the culinary skills of the chefs. The flavors are a masterful blend of traditional Indian spices and cooking techniques, resulting in meals that burst with taste and texture. The menu is thoughtfully curated, offering a variety of dishes that cater to a range of palates – from the rich, creamy gravies of North India to the zesty, spice-infused treats from the South.

Particularly noteworthy is the balance of flavors. Indian cuisine is renowned for its complex spice blends, and Amulya Indian Cuisne excels in this aspect. The chefs here understand the art of spice, ensuring that each dish offers a harmony of flavors that stimulate all the senses.

The ambiance of the restaurant complements the dining experience. There's a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes guests feel both pampered and at home. Whether it's a family dinner, a romantic date, or a casual meal with friends, the setting is just perfect.

In conclusion, Amulya Indian Cuisine is more than just a restaurant; it's a destination for those who appreciate the rich, diverse flavors of Indian cuisine. The combination of delectable food, attentive service, and a cozy atmosphere makes it a must-visit. I highly recommend Amulya Indian Cuisine to anyone seeking an authentic Indian...

This is one of the worst Indian restaurants I had the displeasure of dining. Food quality, taste, and cleanliness are major letdowns. The buffet food was dry and hard, clearly a result of being reheated multiple times. It is obvious they just keep recycling the same food day after day. The plates provided at the buffet were dirty. I even saw some guests serving themselves with used plates, which is a huge hygiene concern.

The overall restaurant was extremely unclean. The tables were dirty and sticky, and I noticed that the dishes and plates were not properly washed. Some plates even had visible oil slicks on them. The storage room door was open, and I was shocked to see how filthy the floor was inside. It honestly made me question how this place passed any health inspection.

What they call “biryani” is nothing more than plain masala rice topped with curry. This is a complete insult to anyone who knows what real biryani should be. The rice is cooked in bulk and then refrigerated, only to be served for several days afterward. There was absolutely zero difference in taste between all their paneer biryanis. They are just slight variations of the same curry dumped over old rice. The mirchi ka salan was spoiled and smelled rotten. I could immediately tell it was several days old based on the foul odor. Serving food in this condition is unacceptable and potentially dangerous.

I wouldn’t recommend Amulya Indian Cuisine to anyone who cares about cleanliness, food quality, or basic hygiene. While paying the bill, I saw the owner scratching his sweaty scalp and then immediately touched the serving spoons...

A hidden gem on the outskirts of Bellevue, this spot offers flavorful South Indian–style cuisine with a broad and satisfying menu. Dishes tried: Spicy Chicken Fry, Pepper Chicken, Punugulu, Chilli Baby Corn, Methi Chaman, Mughlai Chicken, Onion Dosa, Paneer 65 Biryani, and Bezawada Biryani. Verdict: • The Pepper Chicken was a standout—perfectly crisp with just the right amount of spice. • The Spicy Chicken Fry had a distinct minty flavor, which may not appeal to everyone. • Punugulu was the surprise highlight—crispy, airy, and absolutely delicious. A must-try. • Chilli Baby Corn was satisfyingly crispy, though a bit heavy on spice. • The Mughlai Chicken Curry, with its rich, cashew-based gravy, was indulgent and well-executed. • Methi Chaman was another hit—creamy, flavorful, and a great vegetarian option. • The Onion Dosa was decent, but the sambar accompanying it was particularly good. • Paneer 65 Biryani was average—flavorful but lacking that extra edge. • Bezawada Chicken Biryani was underwhelming and could be skipped. Service was prompt and the staff accommodating, cheerfully managing our many requests. The ambience is basic and no-frills, but the food more than makes up for it. Must Try: Pepper Chicken, Punugulu, Mughlai Chicken. A great choice for hearty, South Indian–inspired meals that hit the spot without pretense.
