Back in October 2024, I ordered burgers to-go from this location. When I got home, I discovered a long piece of hair in one of the burgers. This was an unfortunate and off-putting experience, especially since I had never had issues here before.
I reached out to the store via email and was initially pleased with their response. They acknowledged the issue and offered to send me a compensation card so I could give them another chance. I provided my mailing address and they confirmed it would be sent shortly.
However, months went by and I never received anything. I followed up in November, and they responded saying they'd look into it. In January, I reached out again and was told the cards had been resent on January 6th. Still nothing arrived. I sent one more follow-up in March to let them know I was still waiting. Still no response, and now it's June.
What started as a minor mistake could have easily been resolved with a simple gesture of goodwill. Instead, I was met with repeated delays and ultimately, silence. I didnât realize it until I showed up to pick up the order. The team looked confused when I gave my name for the order and we figured out what occurred.
