Every time I call to order for pickup the phone rings and then hangs up on me. Today I decided to just order online and was kind of disappointed that I couldn’t order over The phone cause nobody picked up. I wanted to ask for extra saucy wings and a few sides of sauce but there’s no option to ask for that online. I wanted to pay in cash at the store but online you have to do card. Anyway I got there and waited and when I was next to pick up my order, I explained that I’d like some sauces on the side since I couldn’t order extra saucy wings online. My order was still being worked on so I waited and another girl came out and told me my order was still being cooked. I asked her if I could have an additional side of sauce and she seemed annoyed with me. (I get they were busy and that it’s annoying for a customer to ask for additional stuff but if they had enough staff to answer the phone I wouldn’t have to annoy the staff and ask for sauce after I’ve ordered online, I could have just done it over the phone). I wasn’t even mean or anything. I finally got my order. Walked to my car and checked my bag and the sauces I asked for weren’t in the bag lol. So then I had to go back inside and wait for about 10 mins to ask for my sauce again. I think they may be understaffed or something because that phone was ringing and ringing and ringing the entire time and everyone is too busy to pick up. I hope they get staffed up so they have more people to help out. As far as the food. It’s not worth what I paid for. Bdubs use to be bomb and idk what happened to the quality but my wings were dry and honestly nothing tasted that good. She asked us if we needed a high chair and a booster seat because we have a 16 month old and a 2 and half year old. She brought them out immediately. Then the waitress came over. Here is where the problems began. She was very personal and said that her fiance broke up with her. She got our drinks and was back. I was having a hard time deciding and everyone else had ordered. I finally settled on the Buffalitos with no pico and with mild sauce. She wasn't very engaged with us, very distracted and very insincere. I got my order finally of buffalitos and when I got my food, lo and behold there was Pico on it. I sent it back and gad asked for a box as well because my daughter had fallen asleep and I wanted to box her food. The very nice young lady came by to sit another table and noticed I was unhappy. I told her what had happened and she got my father in law a pepsi and our box that I had waited for. While I waited about 20 mins for my food our waitress was sitting at the other table having a conversation with the table next to us. She finally got up and was "im going to check on your food now" all the while my drink and husband's drink were empty. She finally got my food to me and not only the chicken was dry because it sat so long, it did not have mild sauce on it but buffalo sauce, at that point I was over it. My recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was nothing short of a culinary catastrophe. From start to finish, the experience was marred by poor service, subpar food quality, and an overall lackluster atmosphere.
Upon entering, the restaurant was chaotic and noisy, making it difficult to even hear the hostess. Despite having made a reservation, we were kept waiting for nearly 30 minutes past our scheduled time before being seated, with no apology or explanation offered.
Once seated, the troubles continued. Our server was disinterested and seemed more focused on chatting with coworkers than attending to our table. It took an eternity to receive our drinks, which were served with the wrong orders multiple times. When the correct drinks finally arrived, they were lukewarm and tasted watered down.
The food was equally disappointing. The wings, supposedly the restaurant's specialty, arrived soggy and undercooked. The sauces lacked flavor and were inconsistently applied, with some wings drowning in sauce while others were nearly dry. The sides were uninspired and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long.
To add insult to injury, the restroom facilities were in a deplorable state. They were unkempt, with overflowing trash bins and no soap or paper towels available. It was clear that hygiene and cleanliness were not a priority for the staff.
