
UPDATED 12/7/23: It was like going back in time to before the bad review. Whatever was going on, I think it's fixed. I got everything I ordered, made correctly, fresh, and with lots of positive interactions with the staff at drive thru. I asked for a crazy amount of mustard on one chili cheese footlong and they even brought it to the window to show me and ask if it was enough before packing it up. Attitude of staff was fantastic, giving a good vibe from the moment they said hello over the speaker. They remembered to offer drink carriers and double checked if we needed any sauces or extra napkins. I'll definitely make this part of the regular rotation again! Went one week and ordered 2 chili cheese dogs. Got 2 hotdogs. Asked about it and was basically told we were wrong. Manager came out and fixed it. Had family visiting second week, ordered 7 chili cheese dogs, got 7 hotdogs. Had to get manager again. Went third week, everything was delicious and as ordered. Except I got an Oreo Cheesecake Master Shake, and they didn't BLEND it. All the oreo and some sort of sauce flavoring formed a disk at the bottom and if you got a bite of that oreo covered in the sauce it was so strongly flavored it was inedible. I tried stirring it up with the spoon, but couldn't get it well enough. I didn't want to be that person who complained 3 out of 3 times, so I just left. I guess I'll need to find a new place for the weekly outing...

Update 6/4/2022: I retract the above statements. I've been going to this sonic for years. In the past year I started purchasing a side of whipped cream to give to my dog since this is the only place on the planet that doesn't give pup cups. I didn't mind paying. My dog has come to expect it every time we come here. Until today. I was told they won't sell me a side of whipped cream, and that I was not allowed to even get the whipped cream from my shake put on the side. The guy acted like I was a liar, telling me they've NEVER done that (sell a side of whipped cream). I've literally bought it DOZENS of times FROM THIS LOCATION EVERY SINGLE TIME, within the last 6 months. It wouldn't be a big deal if I hadn't been buying this for my dog for months. As it is, considering everything, I WILL NOT be returning to this sonic. I might forego visiting ANY sonic. Really though, who are these people to tell me that I can't buy a menu item that I've bought many times (as recently as 2 weeks ago), and to act like I'm making things up. For my dog, I'll just start going somewhere else instead of spending money at a place that does this sort of thing. Arby's, right next door.... They give her a pup cup and don't even charge for it. And that's without me asking...
   Read morevery rude lady in the drive thru. asked for ice cream in a cup. when i got to the window i was given a cone. i told them i asked for it in a cup. the lady began to ask why i didnt order it in a dish.. i told her i did ask for it in a cup. and then we argued weather i asked for it in a dish or cup or what ever. i never said a cone. dont hire tweaker ladies to be rude to customers.
I gave sonic another try and I tried to order a number 11 chicken strips. She ask me 3pc or 5⊠after the order was complete I went to the window and she is telling the order back as a #5 burger or something so I told her no that is not right. She then caught some attitude saying âwhy did u order a #5 if u wanted a #11??âŠâ I told her u donât remember asking me a 3pc or 5pc? Why would you ask me that for a #5 burger?? She interrupted me by closing the window.. when she came back she opened the window to tell me the new total for my order that is supposedly correct. So I told he no thanks Iâm not gonna be treated like an idiot. Iâm not going to argue with somebody.
