Crumbl Cookie is lagging behind competitors to adopt a 100% cage-free policy in regards to the layer hens (chickens) in their egg supply chain. Companies such as Otis Spunkmeyer Cookies, Insomnia Cookies, Levain Bakery, Krispy Kreme, Peet's Coffee, Barnes & Noble Café, and The Cheesecake Factory have publicly pledged to transition to 100% cage-free eggs and have either already met this commitment or are publicly sharing their progress! Cage-free is the new industry standard. I mean think about it, how long could you leave a dog in a tight personal transport kennel before you consider it animal abuse? Egg laying hens are forced to live in battery cages their entire shortened life span of one and a half years in these overcrowded cages, deprived of their natural behaviors, leading to stress, health issues, and severe suffering, even though chickens can have the lifespan of 8 to 12 years in ideal environments. The amount of personal space each chicken is allowed is less than the size of an iPad! I will not simply stand by in the presence of this animal abuse therefore I highly encourage Crumbl to adopt a 100% cage-free policy commitment! Until then, I will not give them...

Went to pick up a to go order and I was just standing there and not one of the 4 employees working there even acknowledged my presence. One of the girls even looked at me and then walked away. I was starting to think that I was invisible, after about 5 minutes I got fed up and asked them if they were gonna help me? The girl asked me if I had an order and I said "yea" and she asked for the name and then picked up a box on the back counter and gave it to me. MY ORDER WAS SITTING ON THE BACK COUNTER THE WHOLE TIME, ALL SHE HAD TO DO WAS ASK ME THE NAME AND GIVE ME THE BOX! Was literally in there for almost 10 minutes when the whole thing shouldn't have taken more than a couple minutes! The service here is...
Read moreGood cookies, friendly staff but oh my was it H O T in there. That poor store is west facing- they have no blinds and it was burning up in there. I felt so bad for the workers. They seemed so exhausted and the place had dough and chocolate melted everywhere, the pick up counters were dirty and the trash bins were filled over the rim. I donât blame them for the lack of energy to pick up and have it spotless. I was M I S E R A B L E for the 10 minutes I was in there waiting for cookies and I run cold!
I appreciate the kind workers. The sweet gal who gave me my cookies asked if they looked okay so I donât mean anything negative to them. Keep up the great work! I hope they give you guys some much...
