UPDATED: This was a common place for me to order from as it's one of the only places open during my work shift. The last few times ordering, I have had serious issues with tonight being that they never showed up. The manager said he tried to call and that he left a voicemail, but I do not have a call received, and there is no voicemail. I waited over an hour for something that never came. Previous times, my order was wrong, and the deliveries still took nearly an hour. Something changed a few months back management-wise, and this place has been terrible since then.
ORIGINAL POST: Good quality and service, above that of most other Jimmy John's even. The sandwiches I got were absolutely packed full of meat and veggies and were extremely fresh to say the least. Wasn’t at all worried about that, and then when my sandwich order was called, I walked over to get it, and she said ‘your order has been sitting here for 5 minutes’, to which I responded, oh, well I have been here and didn’t hear it called. Still not terribly concerned, until she then said, “no need to get an attitude!” At no point was I concerned about the wait, as I could see they were busy, but to tell me “no need to get an attitude”, in response to my surprise that my order had already been called, was rude, and uncalled for, especially given I really wasn’t concerned about any wait. Read moreI am a business owner that use to place orders for my staff every month until we moved. Even though we moved the manager at the time still would deliver to my new location, even though it was outside of the area grid by 8 blocks. In all fairness our orders became single or double orders not for a large group. Now that it is under new management, they wont continue delivering to us. I think if you have been an established customer they should learn to take care of you. Customer service and word of mouth are the best customer's you can have. Reviews like this one and lost revenue are your worst customer........
