I normally get good service when I come here, but today it was obvious that the lady at the counter was watching me constantly, and I felt she did not want me there. I put in an order for 2 slices of pepperoni and a pasta bowl. I got the pepperoni slices fairly quickly, and then she acted like she was bothered when she told me about the condiments etc. Then as I brought my platter to the counter and threw away my trash, she was constantly watching me. I sat back down and waited a few minutes for my pasta, and when it came, it was in a to go bag. She had placed my slices for here and my pasta to go for some reason. As I told the guy it was supposed to be for here, she was watching me with this look on her face that clearly indicated she was not happy with me, and although the guy fulfilling the order offered to fix it, damage done. I walked out sad to recieve such treatment, when all I did was order food, and finished my food in the car. Hopefully you can remedy this so it doesnt happen to others.
I ended up bringing the overcooked pasta, breadsticks, and cold marinara sauce back inside to throw away. There was a different lady at the counter this time and she was much nicer. Offered to remedy the situation and I refused, saying I ordered it and they made it, but it was poor. I wont be returning to this...
Read morePagliacci Pizza on Bel-Red Rd in Bellevue consistently delivers a pizza experience that keeps me coming back. The familiar, mouthwatering flavors remain a highlight of their menu, with each slice showcasing the perfect blend of quality ingredients.
However, the dining-in experience presents a few challenges. The small building’s limited space may not be suitable for larger groups, creating a cozy yet somewhat cramped atmosphere. Additionally, the scarcity of parking spaces in the area can be inconvenient for patrons driving to the location.
On a positive note, the staff’s friendliness and efficient service contribute to a pleasant overall experience. While the dine-in option might not be ideal for everyone, the option of takeout provides an excellent solution for those wanting to enjoy Pagliacci’s renowned pizza in the comfort of their own space.
In summary, Pagliacci Pizza on Bel-Red Rd remains a go-to spot for pizza enthusiasts, with its only notable drawbacks being the spatial constraints for dining in and limited parking. If you’re willing to navigate these minor inconveniences, the superb pizza makes it well...
Read moreGiving a one star review due to price, service and quality. Price: $30 for a pizza that has only one tiny piece of chicken on each slice. Service: I ordered food at 5:15. Waited 20 minutes in my car from the time when the online order said it would be ready, which was 5:45. The automated SMS message said I would receive a text when my food was ready. Tired of waiting, I went inside and asked if they had received my order because it's been 50 minutes and I haven't heard an update. Without saying anything else, handed me my pizza and bread sticks. Surprised yet that I hadn't received an apology, I told him really politely, just so you know, I think your SMS system isn't working because the order seemed to be ready and I've been waiting on my car for 20 minutes. The cashier said "yea it's been a crazy day" (at 5:30? why is that an excuse?) Then he handed me my salad and I went on my way. I live only 5 minutes away and by the time I got home, the pizza was dry and room temperature as if it was done more than an hour ago. The salad was overdressed yet somehow flavorless, and had onions when we had asked for those...
