Can Am Pizza — Restaurant in Redmond

I had placed my order order on the phone at 9pm and arrived plenty of time before closing. I had gotten there and the staff was extremely rude. They had taken my order on the phone and allowed me only 10 minutes to get to the restaurant or else they would cancel my order. I had picked up the pizza and once I took it home I was extremely disappointed with the quality. It looked like a sloppy mess. I had called the following day to complain and had told who was on the phone I did not have a good experience and my pizza was disgusting. Instead of replying with an apology the man then began to tell me not to call the pizza disgusting and to not come back to the establishment. I have been a loyal customer for almost 5 years and have never had any complaints. Again I disregarded all of this and went back a week later. This time once I walked in the establishment to pick up my order the man behind the cashier made me extremely uncomfortable and kept harassing me and flirting with me. He was commenting on my body and continued to ask me if he could have my number when I told him no multiple times. Once i had gotten home again the pizza was the same sloppy quality. I had called the restaurant again and a rude women picked up the phone. Once I told her my pizza was again sloppy and falling apart she simply yelled and said WE CAN NOT DO ANYTHING WE CANNOT GIVE YOU REFUND OR PIZZA and hung up in my face. It’s honestly sad to see such a great business go down the trash because of a few arrogant employees. Worst customer service and every time I come here I get the same pathetic and unpleasant service. Will never come back. (Plus it’s extremely unhygienic don’t come to the Redmond location if you want good quality food no one even wears...

Their food and service has taken nose dive (or may be I was pampered with good Indian Pizzas of Bay Area). I recently moved to Bellevue area and was super excited to order their Indian specialty pizzas. I ordered their Karahi Paneer Veggie Pizza and was totally disappointed with both their food and service. I have had Indian flavored pizzas at multiple places in Bay Area and I was expecting something similar from Can Am. Unfortunately they disappointed big time. The dough was under cooked, chewy and flavorless. There was way too much garlic and almost no Paneer. It tasted like they just sprinkled some pre-made/store-bought spice powder on a pizza. There was way too many tomatoes. Overall, the pizza lacked flavor. I have tasted much better Indian pizzas for significantly lower price.

I wish I could give them zero stars for their awful service. The staff is very rude and they have no respect for their customers. They behave as if they are doing a favor by letting us spend our money at their establishment. I ordered on phone and went to pick up the pizza at their specified time. They made me wait for almost 25 minutes while they took calls for more orders. My pizza was sitting in a box near the check-out counter while they made me wait. The cashier then went on to adjust their thermostat while I was just standing there holding a $20 bill in my hand. When I asked him why was I kept waiting when my pizza was ready 20 minutes ago, his response was "Cant you see we are busy? You have to wait." This is not how one treats their customers. Never...

If you like Indian flavors and spices, their Indian style pizza would taste great. Your experience at this pizzeria, however, could be a 'huge' disappointment.

Beware: You cannot dine in after 5 pm. They accept pickup/takeout orders only [- their website doesn't say that!] You will be in a better position to order for a delivery (esp to avoid an in-person interaction). Half and half XL charge is $4 extra. Long wait time + wrong estimates If they tell you 35 minutes for your order, they might mean it could take approximately an hour or more. They could serve you a wrong order. Make sure you check your takeout order before leaving the place. If you ask for x+y combination (eg. palak paneer + butter paneer), you might get z+y instead (eg. karahi paneer + butter paneer) If you've dietary restrictions (eg. vegetarian or non-vegetarian), this kind of blunder can result in extreme unacceptable scenarios Horrible customer service!!!
