This taco truck is one of my favorite so far. On my route to trying all the food trucks in the Seattle area I think so far this one is my favorite. I gave it a 4 because there is always room to improve, the service was amazing and the parking when i got there was relatively easy although i can see it getting really packed because the lot is really small and is not their lot. But you get quite foot traffic from adjacent businesses. Great dining tabling and as you can see i usually order the same 4 Tacos that way i can judge them equally. But if i see a popular item im definitely trying it because its usually what they are known for. So again i got asada, chicken, barbacoa and al pastor. Its odd i still havent seen anyone here in the region do their al pastor with pineapple at least a food truck. I have reviewed a restaurant with pastor with pineapple but it was can pineapple so not counting that. Maybe is an east coast thing and in Mexico? Regardless tacos were really amazing. Most favorite the asado and least favorite chicken and al pastor. Thank you all for reading again. Have an amazing day and go and check out El Maestro del Taco if...
Read moreGood location to buy food for the hard working crew. Portions are really small compared to other similar truck food. Prices are a bit higher than other trucks due to the small portions of food.
My Crew complain they are still hungry after they finish their food from this place.
Other trucks give you big portions as a normal regular size for lesser price, or same price. Food tastes good, that what the crew said, but too small.
So will come back here, because it is near by, and the crew like this type of cusinie & food, and I don't want keep driving around looking for a bigger ,better value. So it is a compromise. So I have to buy double of everything. Then it becomes way too expensive really quick.
But the drinks are at a rip off prices. $2.00 for a can of soda. $3.50 for a little bottle soda does not matter what the brands is.
But for sure if I had the time, I would drive to get better , bigger food for my crew Gota make the crew happy, so they can be productive Clean ,comfortable outdoor seating,
But can't see inside the truck where food is being warmed & prepared so can not comment on the hygiene. Hope & wish ...
Read moreEl Maestro del Taco has been the best Mexican food truck I’ve ever been to in my life. I may be biased because I grew up on their food specifically. I used to buy their food when they had previously been located by the grocery outlet (now has a second location there).
I used to come here with my parents when I was a kid. When I got braces for the first time, I ordered tacos from here right after as my comfort food! I was 15-16 asking my mom to please order food from here. Their tacos, burritos, and tortas always came out fast and never hit a bad taste in my mouth. Their horchata (I believe made in house) exceeds my expectations and remains as the top of my list.
I am now 21 continuing to return with my own little family who agrees this food truck deserves their spot to be at the top. They may a little pricey but I believe it is worth it for the quality you are receiving. The employees are nice and have a positive attitude, and seem to remember my face. They offer a tiny parking lot and benches to sit and dine with lamp heaters.
If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food, this is your...
