DO NOT GO HERE!! I tried to get food yesterday but the drive through had a half hour wait. So I got out of the line and went inside. There were 2 customers inside. It was about 5 pm. No one came to take our orders. I left. Today, went back ( really stupid of me). I waited about 15 minutes just to place my order, but they had their doors locked so no choice. It was about 5:30 pm. I ordered an 8 piece meal, original recipe. I asked for 4 breasts and 4 drumsticks. There was an up charge for the breasts. I agreed to that. I asked for 2 mashed potatoes and gravy for my sides. Then I added 10 chicken tenders. The total came to $54.00. I asked for Buffalo sauce for the tenders. Another 15 minutes to get my food and I just KNEW something wasn't right. I pulled into the parking lot and went through my stuff. Sure enough, only one mashed potatoes and gravy. So, I gotta go back through the drive through. Another 15 minutes to tell the female taking the orders. I told her she shorted my order and she said to pull forward and she would fix it. Meanwhile I looked in the various bags and the biscuits were just thrown around. Some in the bucket of chicken, some with the tenders and some just thrown in the bag. No wonder. They were hard enough to pound nails into wood. So I finally get to the window again and I told the little girl that I paid a lot of money and waited a very long time all to have the order wrong. I said it's dinner time and you should be ready for a rush. She said yeah it's dinner time so you have to wait! It's a drive through. I used it 1st because their doors were locked and 2nd so I wouldn't have to wait. KFC lost a lifelong customer today. Not just that one. The whole chain. Read moreI do not recommend this location, I arrived at about 8:20 pm tried the door it was locked. I called and asked are you not able to place orders inside like the rest of the locations? The acting supervisor advised me his manager didn’t schedule him anyone after 9 everyone was going home, with an attitude, yes like it was my fault. My only misunderstanding was why the door was locked when he had a full staff and cars overflowing from the drive thru all throughout the parking lot and on the street. But before I could get a word out he disconnected the call, no is there anything else, or even bye. So at first I thought we got disconnected than I called back several times and was repeatedly hung up on, even a by a female who answered the phone, I only called so I could get the supervisors name. After waiting in the drive thru I arrived at the menu to only hear a recording they were closed, this was at 8:57. When I finally arrived at the window it happened to be the shift supervisor advising they were done for the night, I managed to get his name which was Kevin, and his mgrs name Sheila. Read moreSunday June 5th, I placed an order for pick up. When I got to the dark restaurant a sign was on the door "dining room closed, for pick up only." So I went in and waited. I was a little annoyed that my food wasn't ready since I was 15 minutes late picking it up, but I get it. So after about 5 minutes this woman comes out and says, "our system is down so there are no orders for 3 hours." Mind you the restaurant closes in 2. So I made sure to ask that I am not getting my food and will I receive a refund. She said yes, they will refund me. I left, and noticed people still driving through the drive thru. So why couldn't I get my food? Anyway, its now been over a week and no refund and no word from their customer service. I have emailed, called, left plenty of messages and no one has returned any communication. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM KFC EVER AGAIN!
