Wingstop — Restaurant in Bellevue

Well let's see. I've ordered from here a few times and more recently I have been a return customer. My latest visit i got their 20 for 20 special with the Mexican Street Spice Wings. I get home only to realize that they gave me garlic parm...cool everyone makes mistakes. I take it back and get it replaced the manager was extremely apologetic. I open the bag and sniff to make sure it's the flavor I ordered and yup smelled just like what I wanted.

I get home once again to find out that they once again gave me garlic parm! I call back and tell the manager and he's like "no no brudda we not give you garlic parm it was Street spices I watched him season your wings " I'm telling dude like bro I know what I'm looking at and i have taste buds and I told him I didn't want to waste another trip driving back to the store to return them. That was until he kept saying I was wrong and didn't know what I was looking at. So I made a surprise pop up at the store and he looked like he wanted to doo doo on himself. I pulled out a photo of what the wings are supposed to look like along with a picture and the receipt of my prior order from that location. One of his employees tried to say " no that picture fomt look real " I'm like wtf I start laughing at this point because I showed them videos of youtubers eating the same wings. He said someone must have gave you the wrong seasoning before. I say so I got the wrong seasoning 3 times in a row from the same location.....your location. Like it's $20 i would have just said fugg it and kept the garlic parms but dude was trying g to get testy and he clearly didn't understand hpw his store was run. If i order something that's what I want I don't want what you think it is or should be especially when I'm showing exactly how it's supposed to look and the ingredients in it.

So I would not recommend coming here after I'd say 6pm cause the "manager" is not really fit to handle business and clearly needs to learn his menu and the ingredients for each dish. People love to talk slick on the phone till you pop up on them and they have nowhere to turn.

In the photos you can clearly tell which wings are which. The famous youtube dude in the picture has the exact ones I spoke on. He didn't have those garlic parm disguised as...

(For the record, there was a woman that word cashier that was always sweet to me and my lady when we came there. Wherever she is I hope she's doing well and happy that she moved on from that work environment)!! My lady & I decided to order from here (keep in mind we left a tip on the mobile order and the cheese sauce is a dollar and some change), we decided to order voodoo fries but we wanted to get the cheese on the side, we didn't see it an option on the app so we selected no cheese thinking we can just ask for it on the side when picking it up. Upon arriving and making the request they are saying that we had to be charge for the side of cheese when our order of fries comes with cheese and we are explaining it to him why we are asking for it on the side. They will not let us leave with the G without paying. When writing a report to Wingstop's customer service we requested a name so I called the Wingstop location we had went to ask for the name of the person working the cashier the manager told me that he was the manager and I could continue my problem with him. As I'm explaining to him the problem he proceeded to interrupt me and yell at me the whole time not ever clearly explaining anything anything to me. Just telling me to "go ahead and call them go ahead and call them". I simply feel like I was wrongly charged for something that comes with my order instead of trying to be understanding about the issue they were just rude and obnoxious. Not to mention they hung the phone up on me and won't pick up my call again. The customer service here is appalling and after dealing with management it's clear why that is. They make every other fast food place around the area seem like they have...

The best way to describe this location would be rough and disorganized. I've ordered from this location 3 different times and only once was the food somewhat okay.

If you plan to order online, just know that your order will not be ready when you arrive. Each time that I've arrived to pick up my order it was an additional 20+ minute wait. There was a gentleman from Aliquippa that placed an online order and was still waiting for 40 minutes when he arrived.

When you finally get your order, be sure to check your bag to make sure you got everything. I was handed my bag and it was extremely light. The only item in the bag was veggie sticks. If you're lucky enough to get all your items the first time, check the temperature. I still don't quite understand how I can place an online order, arrive, be told my food is not ready, wait, be handed my food, and everything is cold.

The sauces and fries do have good flavor. However, it could just be my luck that every order of fries I received looked to be the bottom of the bag.

The location is rather new so I hope they can turn things around. Until then, I would suggest driving a little further up the road to...
