McDonald's — Restaurant in Bellevue

Sorry I'm giving everything 1 star. I plan on calling customer service when they open up tuesday. I tried to call tonight but they were closed. I show up at approximately 8:50 p.m. on Sunday 5/26/24. I go in to use the bathroom & was going to get food afterwards however none of this happened. Why? Well I get out of the bathroom, go to wash my hands & when you stick your hand underneath the sink all you hear is a " click " noise which should be noise that you hear for when the water comes on. I tried again and again and I took a video of this. I tried with both sinks neither worked. I walk out to the front register and before I made it to the register one of the guys that work there already knew about the issue. I asked if I can at least wash my hands in the men's bathroom if you can go check to see if there's anybody in their first. He went to go check but there was no water coming through there either. He then tells me that at least since he's been there which was 2:00 p.m. and by the way this is almost 9:00 p.m., that there has not been any water lol! He said something about some sort of busted pipe because of the work that's being done. So what does that mean? That means these employees have not been washing their hands either. How disgusting is that! There's not a sign up or anything but they then said that they are getting ready to lock the doors because of it. Are you kidding me it took them this long to lock the doors! So what there is sanitizer there lol! Everybody should know that the food that they are getting is being prepared with employees that also do not have anything on their hands such as gloves, but not only that there is only sanitizer. And that's for the people that are even using sanitizer. So they have sat there and used the bathroom time and time again, for the people that smoke they have gone and smoked etc touched everything and anything that they have touched including your food and have not been able to wash their hands with soap and water! There were two small groups of people waiting for their food and their jaws were dropped. . You think that you would have some sort of sign up on the front register to let people know that they have a choice and at least have some knowledge as to the fact that they are getting their food prepared only with sanitized hands & that's IF have sanitized their hands! But you guys are not putting up signs, so now while I'm sitting here writing this review they have closed the lobby but do you think they're putting a sign up on the outside drive through? NO! This location is still staying open and why? Because it's about money. And I'm sorry it's sad because that's putting people's Health, their LIVES at risk! At least give people the choice by giving them the heads up that they deserve! So outside of my obvious complaint, I came here to get my dinner while I had time. I do not have enough time to go run to another so outside of my obvious complaint, I came here to get my dinner while I had time. It makes me wonder if I can trust other locations. So here it is I use my gas and my time while I'm working to try to get a bite of food that I was unable to get obviously. What a shame! IF and WHEN this franchise owner finds out I doubt that they will care in fact they probably already know! And it's sad because I doubt that the company will do anything! I would say this is probably the worst review I have ever had to do. Usually any negative reviews are due to poor customer service but this isn't just poor customer service this is worse than anything! Yes I definitely plan on reaching out to customer service and honestly something like this is newsworthy! If not newsworthy then at least it's worth sharing across Facebook and every other social media outlet. Definitely something that should be heard about locally and Nationwide as well bc that's an issue with the company itself. Sad to say because I frequent McDonald's! I do not come to this location that often and will not be...

Stopped at this McDonald's in Bellevue today to have lunch as I do once or twice a week I've had a few issues but nothing ever major and nothing that wasn't ever taken care of and most of the time it was just because someone was new and learning which I totally understand but today was a little different I have seen this manager in there several times while I visited but today was my first time ever having any interaction with him he was the one that bagged my order then called my number and then as soon as he seen me walk towards the first step he throws the bag down on the counter and walks away I walk up to the bag and I look and because of covid there's no ketchup out anymore for us to get so I stood there as he looked at me and ignored me totally ignored me finally after about 5 minutes of standing there while my food is getting cold a lady that was working the register finally asked me what I needed and I said just some ketchup she politely gives me some ketchup I go to eat my food the sandwich is a single quarter pounder not a double quarter pounder that I ordered at this point I was even more aggravated that he totally ignored me looking at me multiple times would not even attempt to see what I would need knowing that I just got my food and I'm still standing there I know this particular McDonald's struggles from time to time and now seen this problem with the manager if that is the way you represent this place and that's what the workers see and if you're not able to do a correct job as a manager for feeling an order and taking care of customers politely then I say there won't be much hope now I know at this particular location there are a couple middle-aged women that possibly are district managers or owners I'm not for sure but I really hope they read this this gentleman is not a very good representation of...

I went here at 2 p.m. on Monday July 9th. As soon as we pull up there is a guy standing there at the door smoking cigarettes as we're walking in. He remained there our entire visit. None of the tables were cleaned. Floors nasty. Bathrooms had feces on the toilets. Toilet paper not in holders and in the floor. When we went up to order our food there were four of us. We ordered one meal and she said is that all being nasty. We said no ordered our second meal and she did the same thing. We said no ordered our third meal and we're cut off again. We said no there are four of us we need to order 4 meals. So we finally ordered our fourth meal and she said oh so is that all. So we finally got all of our food order. So then we go to get our drinks and there was no sweet tea. I went back up to the counter and stood there for 5 minutes while her and another guy behind the counter stared at me and ignored me. Finally my husband came up and grabbed their attention and asked if they could please get my drink. Neither one of the people behind the counter were friendly at all. Then once we finally got our food and found the cleanest table we could we were sitting back by the bathrooms. The whole time we were sitting there eating there was a child in the bathroom screaming and playing using the restroom with the stall door wide open so nobody else would go in and use the bathroom and nobody was doing anything about it. I had to send my son in the women's restroom because of whatever was going on in the mens. Garbage cans were overflowing. During all of this, a manager was sitting in the store doing an interview while all of this was going on in the middle of that filth. It was an absolute joke! Looks more like a dirty Soup Kitchen in a restaurant. We will never step foot back in that restaurant....
