Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Bellevue

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I order through DoorDash (my mistake) and never got my order. I tried to get a redelivery and was denied and then was denied a refund. I finally called and spoke with the owner himself who could have chosen to make the food but also refused. He said it had nothing to do with them because I paid DoorDash (even though door dash is paying him) I wasn’t asking for him to eat the cost of an entire refund all I was asking was for the pizzas I asked for. If you use a sketchy delivery partner, you should be willing to make things right with your customers period. I’m losing out on $60 when the owner could have ate the small loss of some dough, cheese, sauce and pepperoni considering I only got one cheese and one pepperoni pizza… his loss of 2 pizzas would have been pennies compared to my loss of $60.

Stick to LOCALLLLLY OWNED BUSINESS PEOPLE!! A small business owner would NEVERRRR. They would have remade it for me and my kids to enjoy in a heart beat.

We were excited to see a Mountain Mike's come to Green Bay Wisconsin. We had tried this pizza chain in California and it was pretty good. This mountain Mike's was terrible. We went in for the buffet and got there about 1:00 p.m. after paying for our buffet meal and getting a salad I had to ask the wait staff to wipe off the tables there wasn't a single clean table in the place. The buffet at this location was quite poultry and only had two pizzas on it. After having my salad I went back up for some pizza. It was an extremely limited selection. I asked if they would be bringing out any more pizzas and they said no. They put out a couple more of their garlic knots. I asked if they would be putting out any more of their dessert pizzas and they said no. This was at 1:30 an entire half hour before the buffet was supposed to close. In the end I ended up having two pieces of pizza which barely had any toppings on them and a small salad. It was definitely not worth the price. The place was dirty. And once they had your money they didn't care about the service they provided. Also the arcade here sucked compared to in California. Save your money or go to Pizza...

The pizza was delicious! We were so pleased to actually and finally find a MMP in WI! 1 thing I do recommend for this establishment is please CHANGE YOUR RANCH!!!! The pizza was great, great salad bar and excellent customer service, but the ranch was disgusting! It was so bad that I’ll have to make my own just to bring with me. I will definitely be back….. Once again change your ranch!

EDIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!::::::))))))) So we went back yesterday and sure enough the ranch was changed!!!! I was sooo pleasantly surprised and happy! Thank you for actually listening and making a great change. I know it was a small request, but nonetheless it did matter. The service was fantastic again, the pizza was even better than last time so thank the cook again for us! The salad bar was great! I updated to 5 stars and we will definitely be back hopefully more often. We live almost 3 hrs away and really love your pizza. Thank you so much for changing...
