Not sure what's going on with this place or why I keep ordering. Twice, about a year ago, I ordered from this location and the same Doordash driver ignored the no-contact instructions, called me incessantly, argued with my instructions to leave the order on the porch, and kept ringing my doorbell. When I opened the door he changed his neck to look around me and tried to walk in my house. I'm a pretty big dude, I'm not sure what he was after, but I told him to get off my property. I didn't fault the restaurant, it wasn't their driver. I did stop ordering for a bit.
When I started trying then again, a guy who was definitely their employee delivered to the same wrong house twice and a different wrong house once. He was generally very apologetic and quick to fix it so I moved passed it. It did cause some strained interactions with people in my street though.
Yesterday I left for worked from 4am-7:30pm, only had a breakfast sandwich at 7am. Was starving and exhausted on my way home so I ordered from this location. My order was marked delivering after

Got home and realized my order was still wrong, poorly made and overcooked (burned). If you like rude people and poorly made food go here! Or just drive the extra 4 miles to another one... UPDATE! - 8 months and still have not returned to ANY papa johns because after speaking with the district manager who failed to make things right and to the general manager of the Ross location who also failed to make things right, I swore not to waste any more money. I use to get pizza 1 or 2 nights a week from there! Their loss... If you don't mind the drive, try Jet's Pizza in Dormont. You won't be disappointed. Great food, extremely friendly staff and a great value. I now get my weekly pizza order...
Read moreThis is the second time my pizza was not delivered. My family waited hours and the pizza never came. As I was at work I called and asked about the pizza, I was told to check the front door. The pizza was not there. I called back and the manager told me it’s not his problem because door dash was the service that delivered it. He never offered me a new pizza and proceeded to say I don’t know what you want me to do about it, maybe your kids want a job delivering because we don’t have enough drivers. He then was going to void the wrong order, I had to tell him multiple times I wanted a refund. I was stunned that a manager or any employee would talk to a customer that way.
