Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Bellevue

Of all the scooters I've been to, I always refer to this one as "the bad one". I always order a small double blended latte with almond milk but they always make it wrong in a different way. Itll be an iced mocha one day, cow's milk the next day or pumped with sugar the other day. It actually doesnt deserve any stars because it's never really friendly in there, both to the customers or among the employees. This one time I got my drink, I ordered vanilla in it too and I couldn't taste it so I asked if they had put it in there... one of the two ladies behind the counter literally snatched the drink out of my hand and threw it in the trash. She said very condescendingly to me and her coworker " I will make you another one" as she eyeballed the other girl. Very uncomfy situation. The only reason it even has a star is because of its location... but I mean hey, why would anyone go to this place knowing you're not going to get the coffee you ordered and knowing you're going to feel uncomfortable from the people working there? Go to the one on capeheart, it's a whole different world over there, they even give you...

Whew, learned the hard way why this is considered the “bad” scooters.. i went inside and was greeted by a male barista who clearly did not want to be at work. Asked about their pastries and he named them off, i said never mind i am not interested in pastries, I would like 2 carmelicious drinks, I noticed he added 2 carmelicious muffins, and a drink, told him to remove them, he did, and then the other girls gave me my order of 2 muffins and a drink! Dude stood to the side and completely ignored the mess up? Didn’t address it at all??? Didn’t clear it with them at all?!! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. They weren’t supposed to close till 9. Go through drive through at 8:40, get a nasty drink that is very much not what I ordered. Try to go into the lobby, door is locked. Okay, maybe they close the lobby an hour early or something? Go to the drive through, no one answers. Pull up to the drive through door, they have the shade pulled down. So I go knock on the lobby door again (at this point it’s 8:50 and they’re supposed to be open for another 10 minutes) and they’re standing the in back room, they see me and start laughing and making faces at me just cause I’m knocking on the door.
