I feel bad writing this but I hope it is helpful to Starbucks. Maybe it could be a training opportunity in customer service and efficiency.
I had a client meeting at 10:30 am today. We got in line and were the first in line. They were not busy AT ALL. There had been two other men in line and they were already waiting for their drinks. We waited and waited and waited. Finally, I said something nicely to the older women and she barked back that she was making two other drinks. Those two men had to have been waiting for their drinks for over 5 minutes. Why does it take so long to make two drinks? There was someone else in the back doing something. No one greeted us either.
