This is my second time receiving weird almost racist service at this location. yesterday evening I go to this location panda express Factoria Mall. I wait in line for 10 minutes when I get my chance to order I order a bowl chow mein with orange chicken (simple). The orange chicken is out, so I say OK Iāll wait for the orange chicken. I kid you not about 20 minutes went by and I had to ask how long until the orange chicken, there was a line of people waiting for the chicken that the cook took his time to make so when the orange chicken comes out , the server girl starts to serve/make everyoneās food except for mine. She even tries to skip me and help someone behind me. I say are you gonna make my food? I would like a chow mein and orange chicken bowl which I had already ordered after waiting ten mins in line. She Tells me the chow mein is out and is going to be another five to ten minutes mind you she made all these other peoples orders that were behind me so Iām like youāve got to be kidding me she said well you didnāt place the order, I said what do you mean? I didnāt place the order Iām here, I placed my order twenty minutes ago. But if you see me standing here and i have not placed my order, Donāt you think you would ask me the person whoās actually been standing in the same spot for 30 minutes (next in line) how can I help you if you feel like I didnāt place my order. Thereās no way you think Iām just standing in line waiting looking at the food just for fun. I was waiting for chow mein and chicken and for her to let me know that she never made my order after helping everyone behind me. I was just so frustrated. I just left because this is the second time that this has happened to me. I donāt know if the server girl doesnāt speak English , or if this is a racial thing, a similar incident happened to me once before where I came in and she acted like she didnāt understand me when I usually just order the same thing skipping me in line like Iām invisible. This is such a disappointment because i live near by, I really enjoy Panda express. I donāt want to make this a race thing but I truly do not understand the issue or reasoning for this kind of service...

The workers here are consistently rude beyond belief. I come here a couple of times a month and most likely will not be going back again ever. I went there today with my younger brother and the only reason I come here is when is wants to come here. The workers here would not stop sighing loud enough for the entire resturant to hear and kept pressuring him to choose anything. It is my money yes? Then let my little brother breathe for 20 seconds about what he's going to be eating for his meal. They got impatient when he couldn't decide what entrƩe he wanted when he was only thinking for about 15 seconds tops. This is when the worker glared at him and starting going "do you want this one? Then what about this one? This one is good get this one." And wouldn't let up. Out of panic my little brother chooses beef broccoli, then out of annoyance the worker gave him 10 pieces of broccoli and 1 piece of beef, literally 1 piece of beef, I dumped it out on a plate when arriving home to count and that was what they have him for broccoli. She underfilled the entrées and when I literally asked for a couple more shreds of Mushroom Chicken, she made a big deal about buying another whole container. I said again that I just wanted a couple more pieces of the chicken since I got maybe 5 pieces of honey walnut shrimp. She was adamant that she had served enough and repeated over and over that I had to buy another container. My girlfriend generally likes the beef entreés. There were only 2 beef options, which were peppered Angus steak and beef & broccoli. The broccoli was cut so large it could be planted and put out in the yard, and there was no beef in sight, but LOTS of broccoli. If this is to cut costs, it's definitely effective! I more than suspect that's the case. Destiny was very condescending. This was a standout scenario as I've frequented this location with fair service, never great. I'm not one of those people who thinks the customer should always be accommodated, but there is a point to which it can be made right to the customer. Destiny does not understand that line...
