Fantastic Grill — Restaurant in Bellflower

It takes an extremely bad experience for me to down rate an establishment. I'm noting the date in the event the owner wishes to ID the petite young lady server, black hair & black rimmed glass, who was on the floor on Wed October 24, 2018 @ 12 noon. It was by far some of the worst service I've ever encountered. I left most of my meal right where she slung it.. I didn't leave a tip and that is something I just don't do no matter how bad the service is. This person ruined my dining experience. I don't want to get anyone in trouble, but I hope someone just explains to her, that no matter what is going on with her, she needs to step up and provide good service or take the day off. You don't serve a simple breakfast platter in courses ( 4 trips total). You don't withhold a smile or not acknowledge a customer who is smiling and acknowledging you. You don't hurriedly drop items off and runaway while the customer is asking for condiments or water and without asking that customer if you can get them anything else to go with their meal. You say " you're welcome" when the customer says thank you. You don't treat customer's as if their presence is an intrusion into whatever...

HORRIBLE!!! So disappointing a small business would do this. My family and I have been long time customers at this place and they scammed us! We paid with card for an order of $77.35 and they imputed it in cash for $97.35 and kept the $20 change. The food prices had been going up which would have been understandable due to inflation if their quality haven't gone down. I had been an avid customer for their chicken tenders and noticed the quality and size of their tenders going down. The food is greasy and the chips I got with my burrito yesterday were stale and disgusting. They had previously messed up our order several times and we had to go back for them to fix it. Haven't really tried anything more than a few items on the menu but everything is delicious and affordable!

Club sandwich and zucchini fries for around 20 dollars have been my go-to meal to share or if I can get there early enough I'll grab a combo breakfast burrito about 9 dollars to last me 12 hours into a work day.

Get the salsa on the side and you won't be disappointed with a soggy burrito.

The staff is always friendly and patient and the menu is easy to see/read from 10 feet away. Maybe I'll start venturing and trying other items but I'm thankful they're consistent and not as greasy as...
