Today I walked in and the worker pretended to be nice and asked what can she help me with? So I asked for two bionicos one with strawberries bananas and apples. The second one was strawberries and bananas. And then a shaved ice cream. When it was time to pay she then told me she was going to charge me the price of fresas con crema. I paid and saw the receipt it was $12 for a bionico the y are supposed to be $8 so I asked her why she because it’s not an actual bionico it’s fresas con crema. First I asked for two bionicos not fresas. Con crema. So I left and decided that they over charged me. Then it was when she looked mad and went to the back talked to the manager the manager took long to come out. But either way I got my money back. I live this place I don’t ever pay this much specially for just 3 items. I understand if you changed the prices maybe let me know before you start my order. Just be careful they might over charge you ask for your receipt always.

Excellent choice of authentic Mexican ice creams and drinks, also for the international taste buds. Very friendly staff. Ask to try a few before you pick, but the Horchata one you can not refuse. Too good.

First they have a mest up attitude then the talk to you in Spanish and then English see if you know I’m shure so they can talk smack and I had Only had a hundred dollar bill and she said get change on the other side of there business then she said if you want to I can change it once I was gonna to to the next business shop and on top of that I asked for two large strawberry waters and they didn’t have enough so I got another flavor but at the end I just walked out bc there mest up service them knowing they had change and then acted like...

I just left, had to say hello five times to have the lady come outside. Clearly they had seen me because the moment I was about to walk outside someone bagged on the wall. They couldn't hear me because they had music blasting in the back. Once the lady came out she didn't even say sorry for the wait and proceeded to turn on the music in the front, what customer service is this???

Whoever is the owner of this location, have your staff ready to sell because you'll lose...
