It’s alright not the best. I was in drive thur the other day and this lady had a “cook to order” order. She lasted 20-25 minutes in drive thur. They shouldn’t take “cook to order” orders in drive thur if they won’t park them or move them others have things to do. I tend to avoid rush hours so I won’t have to wait long for my food. From time to time they do tend to mix my order up, but they always resolve my issues. I do realize that if we give them attitude they’ll give us attitude they need to fix that.
That and there is always homeless inside. Either sleeping or just making a mess in the bathrooms. Their customer service is great from some crew employees like I love when this young nice lady takes my order in drive thur, this nice lady when she takes my order out, and this lad who takes orders inside when I dine-in. I do wish that there were more tables there, and if they have table service. They tend to put my order in a bag and call us over to pick it up instead of taking the order to the table I get sometimes it’s busy, but not all day. As for the managers there is some really nice ones and some with attitude, but it’s something they can fix. Also I would like to address that people are always going in with animals cats, and dogs. I understand that service animals are allowed, but a pitbull, chihuahua, a cat seriously. I have nothing against animals but my child is allergic to dogs.
And as for the PRICES they aren’t something the make. They just don’t say “oh we’re going to add a dollar to this” it’s something the McDonald’s itself come up with. I saw the other day that this customer was having a fuss over the prices. Like chill you have a job as well how would we like it if they did something like that to us while we’re at our place of work…
That is all I have for now I’ve been coming to this location for a little over a year in a half now it’s ok needs a little...
Read moreThese guys can't get anything right to save thier lives. Now I've had friends and family work at McDs at some point so I've heard some stories of stupid customers. But COME ON!! I spent 20 mins in the drive thru, quarter pounder NO CHEESE, NO PICKLES, ADD LETTUCE. Nothing too crazy I THINK. I get my order and it says NO PICKELS, NO CHEESE, ADD LETTUCE, but it's ALL THERE!!! I went inside and tell them. "We're sorry" and they take my burger. 3-4 mins later I get my burger. I check and... it has no pickles, it has lettuce.. ok but-- IT HAS CHEESE!! So I tell the girl and show her. I can see her face blushing. She calls over a manager and the manager apologized AGAIN. At this point I have been there over 30 mins. I get my burger and the manager apologized again, at this point I'm furious. I tell her I've been there for over 30 mins and my fries I know are going to be cold. So she offers me cookies for the inconvenience?? I say-- "NO I want hot fries" So almost 40 mins later I walk out with my food. Some may say I should have taken the food after the second time, or I'm just asking for too much, but where is acceptable to wait 20 Even 30 mins in drive thru (it's happened in other visits) when I PAY for something I want, where is it acceptable for a place to give what THEY want?! And when does a chain restaurant take accountability? Funny thing is how this goes on all they time and yet the employees are crying about $15 an hour... you wanna get paid like In and Out?? Then you better have you act together like...
Read moreI like McDonalds, but this has got to be one of the absolute worst locations to visit. During the daytime, this place is great. You get in and out, food is fresh and no complaints...At night, that's when the bulls* starts... First off, the drive through line frequently takes 20+ minutes to get through. Secondly, be sure to check your order when they hand you the bag, because after all that waiting, your order will most likely be wrong. Wrong burger, wrong McNugget sauces, or wrong number of McNuggets or third, you'll be served either old food... Meat patties dried out and sitting under the "warmer" for at least a couple of hours, or everyone's absolute favorite, fries that are served either limp and cold, or completely overcooked, basically potato chips. The most infuriating thing, however, is the fact that after a certain time at night, their computers seem to turn off for hours, leaving them unable to accept credit card or process any mobile app orders. I can't tell you how many times I pull up tired and hungry after work and this sad, disinterested voice on the other side of the intercom says " Right now, we're only accepting cash!" I don't understand that how, in 2020, a global, multi-billlion dollar company can't manage to figure this out. There are a number of different options in the area, so if you're planning a visit between midnight and about 4am, try Rally's across the street, open until 3, Tam's down the street, they close at around 1 on most nights, or Jack in the Box across from the...
